Nice surprise
This was a one night stop over driving from LA to SF to visit a relative on the way. It was much better than we expected. Comfortable bed and very clean.

Easy access from the 101 Freeway. Basic but nicely updated, clean and with everything you need. Microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, iron, hair dryer and charging outlets. I stay here whenever I visit San Luis Obispo. and I do recommend.

The property is clean, but the walls are very thin and it was very noisy. Sunday morning the room next to us was playing music really loudly. They also charge to check in early, which I think in this day and age is outdated.

Wonderful Fall Stay
Great location, well kept property. Very comfortable and spacious single room. Little things like maintaining the landscaping show attention to detail that means you’re staying in the right place. Plenty of parking, quiet, clean, and private—what more can you ask for?

I’ve stayed at a few Hotels in SLO, from expensive to not so expensive. I love it here. It’s not your Apple Farm or Madonna Inn or any other expensive Hotel, but it’s great for the price! It’s right in Downtown SLO, minutes from Cal Poly. Great location, friendly staff, rooms could be better, but they are clean. I am super picky and I am okay staying here. For the price, it’s a great choice. Now, if you want room service, spa, restaurant, bar… etc this is not for you. It’s more on the Motel side, but nice, clean, safe and friendly staff.

Nice little motel right off the freeway exit. This was my 2nd stay. The room refrigerator is pretty spacious and the freezer was big enough to keep four ice packs frozen each night after a day in my backpack cooler. Just wish they had a 24 hour access to self-serve laundry. 5-10 minute walk from all of the downtown SLO restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Easy freeway access.

Room was clean, older motel with sufficient upgrades. Two queens barely fit in the room but mattresses were very comfortable, with clean linens, good quality sheets. Good for a one night stay.

This is a great little motel that is close to downtown San Luis Obispo. The rooms are small, but very clean. Shops and restaurants are an easy 4 to 5 block walk. Probably the best location for walking to town. The bathroom was newly renovated, but doesn’t include a tub. Overall, this was a great place to stay.
