Gave them a second chance but Ugh!

Needs repair or remodeling BIG TIME!!! Lobby looks great but the rooms are awful. Specially the bathrooms!!! First time no hot water. Second time no cold water! Not coming back. Everything is rusted.

Unfortunately, with the effort they are making to improve the experience, they must improve some services, for example, the TV only has programming in English, the channels with local transmission are without signal, and you should think about the PR tourist.
