This was hands down my worst experience, and the fact that they charged me it's just unbelievable. I have videos and pictures of the conditions this people kept me in that room, I'm definetly gonna be looking into get a refund.

Terrible and please don’t book. Hotel is under construction and that is not informed anywhere at the time of the booking. Too noisy, the pool is out of service. The current rooms open are too small and really old. Room has poor illumination, bathroom way too small. Way too expensive for the type of rooms they are offering!

The hotel is at a really convenient location. There's quite a few restaurants one block away. The hotel was kept clean. we noticed renovations were going on which is good so we know they like to upkeep the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived pretty late in the evening close to midnight and Louis was so helpful and gave us all the ins and outs. The manager Pablo was the best. I had a really good experience with this hotel. I can’t wait to come back again to Puerto Rico. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Anyone staying after us, will enjoy this beautiful, updated hotel. Thanks again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Verdanza! The pool is closed but they have a shuttle service to a near by beach club which has pools. I saw a review that simply said “VIVO Beach Club” and I had no clue what it meant until we went. We went every day of our trip, loungers on the beach and in the pool area, swim up bar, food, it has it ALL! Javier is the BEST bartender in the swim up bar area and made our trip even better. Would hands down live at the verdanza and beach club if we could!!

Decent Experience

This was my first time visiting Puerto Rico, so I wanted to stay somewhere in San Juan that was close to other places. This hotel was nice but definitely fell short in some areas. For example, my room could have been cleaner, there was chipped paint and hair on the bed when I first checked in. Also, they are doing some remodeling and I would get woken up nearly every morning by the sound of the construction (I stayed on the 6th floor). In addition, I got food from the restaurant downstairs and the service was not great. I had to track down the waiter to pay my bill. One thing I did really enjoy was the access to the beach club, that was the highlight of staying here. The price was reasonable, however, I would've rather paid more for a better experience. I wouldn't mind returning when the construction is finished. It wasn't a bad experience, however, it could've been much better. Lastly, they don't offer a shuttle to the airport which seems strange since they're so close.

Great place that has a bar and restaurant. It’s within walking distance to the water. Downside is the hotel allows drunk people to be outside all night on their property. Until 4am btw. We were in the 5th floor and still heard this person. The price to stay is what you would expect for the area.
