Jessica at the front desk was a delight during every exchange we shared. Jessica picked up the phone when I called to inquire about parking and she insisted on me calling back when I pulled up so she could come out with an umbrella. I’ve stayed in some rather lovely hotels across the world and the level of service and care at Trópica Beach will rival any one of them.

Jessica, at the front desk, is so awesome! She is kind and knowledgeable! She deserves lots of praise! The property is also very nice. The beds are comfortable and the shower had lots of good water pressure.

I loved the stay. It was clean! I highly recommend if you want to be near the beach. The beach is like a 5 min walk! The staff was nice! I’ll be back for sure and the Ubers are cheap! Lela’s breakfast is close by too! Walking distance !
