The staff was super friendly and was very accommodating with all questions and requests. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Really easy walk to La Placita, or a short drive. Parking is tough but the overall experience was well worth the price. The proximity to bars, stores, restaurants and casinos is very good. The rooftop is under utilized but a nice pro for photos and a breath of fresh air.

Everything was great. The only suggestion I have it to replace the pillowcases since these were older and pilled- so not very comfortable. But the hotel location is perfect and all the staff wonderful.

The room was large but needs more light. There is a light in the bathroom, over the door and one side of the bed. The other side of the room was very dark as was the dressing room outside the bathroom.

The property is extremely well located, with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and just four blocks from the beach. It’s also conveniently close to major highways, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure stays. While there is no on-site parking, the nearest parking is available for $25/night. The property is very clean, though some of the facilities could use better upkeep—particularly the rooftop, which is not in great condition. However, the friendly staff and fantastic location more than make up for these minor drawbacks. It’s perfect for exploring Condado Beach and the vibrant nightlife nearby. I would definitely stay here again!
