The Property is very nice, but the service is poor. and the food is terrible. Worst food I had in a resort, overpriced, not even a decent breakfast. The coffee shop sells a decent cappuccino, pastries are less than average, no variety. Don't expect a fine sand beach and crystal blue water, lots of seaweed.

Everything was fantastic at the hyatt, staff overall was warm and pleasant. The beach/ pool/ area around the property is absolutely beautiful. The only thing that we didnt expect was the additional $65 dollars a day from booking with a third party (expedia). Originally our package was about $1100, we were very surprised to see a checkout bill for an additional $1000, 500 being this hotel booking fee. Why dont they just include that amount in the original booking price? We were not super happy to find that out upon check out. But overall. Would recommend to friends/ family.

The resort was nice but a bit isolated because it’s on a peninsula. Rent a car at the airport if you want to sightsee. Lots of places on the resort to rest. Enjoyed one of the smaller pools because it was less noisy and you could get a cabana.

Beautiful family vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation to this property. There was a lot to do with the beach, 3 different pools and multiple restaurants. The food was good and service was very friendly. Only issue was getting our rooms cleaned when we were out of our room each day.

Hotel was large and clean. Nice pools. Would be nicer if there was more breakfast options. Dinner options were so-so. Nice for families.

Stood in line for 45 minutes for coffee. Should have coffee available in lobby. Trollies to and from the room were hit or miss. Mostly walked. Long walk especially at night. Property was very confusing to navigate and signage was poor. Upon check in was assigned to an occupied room so that had to be corrected. To turn the light on, the switch turns every light in the room on. Free wifi was terrible. Couldn’t check my emails. Finally, left my wedding band on the counter in my room along with 2 charging cables and the service personnel did not turn the items in. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

The service was really great from the drivers that took us to our bungalows, concierge, to the restaurant servers, to Guillermo at the front desk. Everyone was so kind and informative. The booking for restaurants were a bit confusing because when we saw that reservations were full we were not made aware that we could still walk in.

Very easy vacation. Nice, large property, felt like capacity much greater and appreciated that it didn’t feel busy. Staff are excellent and very responsive. Prices for food and beverages are reasonable. Food was very good in general and have a picky family, something for everyone. Really liked our room, “double queen” suite, beautiful view of water and pool from balcony. Great layout for a family to share the space with dividers and pullout couch, especially the bathroom area. Misslesding though since the beds were actually Full size! Overall very positive. Wish we didn’t have to continually ask for towels every night but to shower with a family of 4, never had enough. Smaller side pool was great, quieter than main but there is no staff there until 10 or 11am and no towels available until then. Coffee is difficult to get in the morning, lines are long, very under staffed and only have small sizes. Tennis racquets to borrow are cheap and child size, with balls that are dead. Worst meal was the most expensive at the steak house. Meat was funky, probably dry aged, though not described as such, poorly cooked and not worth the price at all. I think it may be slow or off season, and while I felt like staff worked hard, friendly and helpful, very understaffed to meet needs. Property looks fine overall but when you look closer, flower/plant beds are bare, no much, or rocks, just dirt, often with exposed white watering pipes, looks cheap and like they don’t care about appearance.
