Amazing service and hospitality. So many amenities and activities to enjoy - we didn't get to try all of them! The level of cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the grounds impressed me. Definitely would recommend to family and plan to visit again! The food was excellent as well

This hotel provides amazing service. Tourist attractions are 10-30 minutes away as well as local food trucks and fancy restaurants. Definitely a beautiful place to stay.

The resort is beautiful! However the restaurants on site were all mediocre. Skip dining in if you can. The staff were friendly and rooms were clean. The carts on the resort are convenient. It has a lot of amenities but no entertainment at the resort. We took an uber to most places but renting a car would be cheaper fyi.

A beautiful and quiet piece of paradise. They will drive you anywhere on the property and the pool, beaches and swim up bar are covenient. No Puertorican food served here but Loauillo Beach Kiosks are great for grabbing more authentic food and only 11 min away by Uber in case youd like to enjoy a Mojito while shopping and eating. The beaches are clam and inviting but you'll spend more time at the pool. Overall a nice slice of heaven.

The property was gorgeous from front to back. Unfortunately we arrived just after a storm but the staff was working day and night to clean the grounds. The staff was beyond helpful. We had one issue with the first room we were given. It smelled like mildew but then again they just had a major storm. Would definitely go back and give them another try.
