The stay was amazing and we will come again. I would caution other visitors to be financially prepared as the onsite amenities are pretty pricey. To property management, I suggest to check the water as it was not hot at all. Showers were luke warm and the hot tub was not hot at all. It was our anniversary and we paid almost $600 for a couple's retreat in the Rainforest Spa, but the hot tubs are separate(male and female, not for sharing) and the water was cold even when hot was activated. We went 3 days and water was cold all three days. Lastly, the cleaning crew should always knock down the spider webs in the room. We had many webs and many small spiders in the room. We also seen German roaches in the bathroom at 787 Prime and Nori. Our meals for two nights was $500 and there were roaches presents. I would however say that these smalls issues will not deter us from coming again. We are already planning next year's trip. We just want management to be aware and maybe look into those issues. All staff was friendly and made great suggestions of things to do off site. Thanks friends!

The property is beautiful. The building are in good shape, some area were being repaired or under construction which is fine. Our room was very clean as was the property up until this group for some sort of training arrived and absolutely literally trashed the pool. Garbage left in and around the pool even though there were receptacles everywhere the day they were there. We saw employees cleaning up constantly but the group was very disrespectful of others slightly ruining my experience that day and causing us to leave the pool area early. The beach buy our suite was beautiful and remained a very quiet area. Chairs and umbrellas were set up everyday. All of the employees we interacted with were very nice and friendly. We were trated very well. The gym was adequate, standard for most Hyatt locations. The restaurants were all very good. Portion sizes were above average and prices were exactly as expected. This is a high end resort. It was an extensive stay, with additional resort fees and taxes but I will stay again. Well worth the money.

Loved how secluded the property was! Entire property was very well maintained, staff was extremely friendly and the dining options were great! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks! Will note that the property is about 35-45 minutes from all excursions, and taxis are pricey. However, the drivers we had, were very nice and very knowledgeable!

Property remotely located 30-40 minutes away from the airport and old San Juan. Not much things around the hotel except close to El Yunque rain forest. We requested 30 minutes late check out and the staff said they will charge $25. Front desk ppl are not very friendly. Most restaurants are not open until dinner time.
