Overall, my experience could've been better considering what this hotel represents in the area --My room telephone line didn't work, which was reported to the front desk and didn't get fixed for the entire stay --Was told no potable water available for room service, and we need to buy our own gallon of water since tap water is not safe or proceed at our own risk --Tap/running water was turning a dirty yellow color multiple times, and if not careful, someone might have used it to brush teeth or shower-- Have video proof of that ---No microwave in the room --- Iron in the room was not working, had to request one once we realized that P.S. REMEMBER: How I said earlier that the telephone line was not working for my entire stay, so for each problem detected, I had to make it down to the lobby to report it To end with a positive note, the cleaning staff did a great job in cleaning the room and keep everything tidy

Expedia Customers are treated poorly in the property. I recently stayed at Condado Plaza Hilton and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the lack of staff engagement was noticeable. There was minimal interaction with hotel guests and no effort for service recovery. It felt as though the staff were uninterested in ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the standard steps of service seemed completely absent. I encountered several instances where basic requests went unaddressed, leaving me feeling overlooked and frustrated. The condition of my room was also concerning. The curtains had mold, which was not only unappealing but also raised health concerns. This lack the proper maintenance from the engineering/property maintenance department is unacceptable for any establishment. Moreover, I noticed staff members frequently on their cell phones, which added to the overall lack of professionalism. It was disheartening to see employees more focused on their devices than on the guests. There was not even a "How was your stay" when I checked out. Overall, I can go on and on about the various shortcomings of this hotel. I expected a much higher standard of service and care. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my visit.

Everything was good had a surprise of the nightly surcharge of 80 per night it was a hold until the stay is over. The resort fee is hideous no real discounts, lastly we woke up to ants but the hotel resolved it. Our overall stay was great we would stay again. Thanks

Facility is not maintained. Rooms are dirty & Dusty. Front desk Staff is unprofessional, unwelcoming, and should not be in the hospitality business. I’ve never in all my years of staying in a Hilton been more disgusted and disappointed by this brand. Called 3 out of 4 nights because the shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom. We missed a reservation due to this issue. Was never properly addressed until I begged for help on night 3, we were never offered a different room or even an apology. Just dirty looks as if I, on my honeymoon, should be accepting of such poor quality service and brand conditions. I typically coming from a multi unit leadership role try my best to be understanding and open but this experience was unacceptable.

This hotel is overpriced and overrated. The rooms dis not have something as significant and useful as a microwave, very inconvinient for families with small children. The building looks like it hasn't been painted in years! There are small critters and roaches roaming around when you turn on your light at night. The staff is not the friendliest (front desk).

When I walk in my room smelled a little funny but I said to my self it a island and the humidity is high, the next morning I was making my bad and found mold on my pillows and window curtain. Immediately went to the front desk, manager switched my room.. I he second room was very clean and smelled very nice.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel 6 times over the past 18 months because we enjoy the view and the easy access to the beach. However, during our most recent stay. I’ve never been in such an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. Everything started because we couldn’t get hot water in our room to take a shower, and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered. So we decided to go to the reception in person to address the issue. When we arrived to the reception, the doorman, CESAR, told us he would inform the engineer. I insisted on being moved to another room because we need shower right away, but instead of handling the situation professionally, he made jokes and did not take my concerns seriously. He started touching my husband's arms and acting as if he was flirting with him, laughing and making light of the situation. I even doubt if he was sobered. I’ve never been in such an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. Despite clearly seeing that I was upset, he continued with his inappropriate behavior. This lack of respect for guests is unacceptable, and we will never stay at this hotel again. The staff should show professionalism and respect towards their guests.
