I really love the hospitality, the pool , beach access , accessibility to the mall, restaurants and my ocean view room was breathtaking, it’s a really great hotel and the staff is beyond wonderful , however the rooms need some serious upgrading. Also my room was so dusty , a lot of things were not working. , the light fixture in the bathroom by the safe was broken. The soap holder was broken , the light by the bed was broke a lil mold in the ceiling of the shower a lot of things were just worn out . But it’s really a great hotel it just need some remodeling. I really enjoyed my stay there. Would I book agin probably not I would go to the sister hotel across the street from them.

I am an avid traveler, and I am quite disappointed with the guest services at this hotel. I am unsure if anyone pays attention to these reviews, but I feel compelled not to share my experience. I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay here again if I return to Puerto Rico.

I feel sorry for the staff as they work very hard to keep this aging hotel running . The staff at the pool don't get enough credit or tips for the work they do everyday to make guests stay a enjoyable one. For as large of a hotel as the condado is its in fairly good shape but it does need a remodel like its sister hotel across the street. The view,pools,and great easy access to san juan are unmatched. Dont let all the negative reviews sway you away from staying at san juan landmark hotel.

The rooms were not as advertised. There were missing furniture pieces from the pictures shown of the rooms. There were no chairs or sofas in the room to go along with any type of entertainment. The room just looked like an empty box. Staff was awesome and accommodated our stay with free breakfast and drink vouchers.

This was my second stay here and unfortunately, while I had a desire to come back here after two years, this will be my last time at this property. The elevators didn’t work the entire time. Skipping floors, not stopping at our floor, being told to use the freight elevator while no one here, the entire week, working on the elevators. Note: the property was full so literally waiting 20 mins for the elevator many times. There were cigarette butts on the floor in the hallway when we checked in. I watched and they remained the entire week. Meaning, the staff didn’t clean the hallway floors. It was also apparent as there were huge stains on the rugs in the hallways, that staff didn’t clean those neither. Service at the pool was mediocre at best. Pool bar roof had bird mess everywhere. Didn’t appear to be cleaned since we were here two years ago. Beyond disappointing and staff did absolutely nothing to address the issues nor make any sort of compensation for the inconvenience - not even a free drink lol. Sorry was all they kept saying. When spending good money, my expectations are high and they didn’t even come half way to meeting those.

Truly enjoyed my stay! My only complaint is that the bathroom sink was clogged and they never fixed it during my stay. Had to brush my teeth in the shower. Great staff, great property! Would stay again.

Property was nice. They only had 1 elevator working in the main lobby, which took forever. I was there for 6 days and they didn’t even try to fix the other broken elevator. The place could use a freshen up, such as new paint. I’m a Hilton rewards member, and they did not allow me to have late check out (which is usually given without an issue). The parking is very inconvenient. The pool area is nice, but they do not have nearly enough beach chairs to accommodate their guests. We had to stand around waiting for over an hour and a half for a staff member to bring us a chair. Staff was very polite and helpful most of the time, though.

There was a rowdy team that were in level three and four no matter how many times we informed the front desk and security they gave us the same excuse if they had a third warning, they would kick them out which never happened. I have not slept for days.
