The overall resort is nice; however, the mattress was too firm for my liking. Also there was a stinch as soon you get off the elevator. It was centrally located to major attractions and uber was very accessible and cost efficient. The Infiniti pool was amazing. For the number of guest in the pool they need a larger pool or another pool on the property. Also, the hot tub was not operable which was a bummer. They also have shuttle service which was great!

Anniversary vacation disappointment
This was our anniversary trip and we were returning there because we had a great time last year. This year was a big disappointment. We were given a room without a balcony. Our room overlooked the construction on the pool deck. We were unaware of the construction prior to our arrival. We notified housekeeping we were leaving and 6 hours later our room was not clean upon our return. The hotel slid a notice under our door and asked us to please let them know when we returned because they wanted to bring us an anniversary surprise. We called for 2 days to no avail. We were given 2 breakfast vouchers that covered a breakfast for one breakfast per person. The shuttle bus never came to transport us to town but that was okay we used Uber. Not returning next year it isn’t the same.
