Thanks for storing our luggage

I thought it was amazing that they stored our luggage before it was time to check in. We had arrived in Puerto Rico that morning and wanted to wander around until it was time to check in. It was amazing to not have to worry about our luggage. Once we checked in the room was nice and comfortable to relax in!

A good location but poor experience.

I don’t have much positive to say about this place unfortunately. I’ll start with a couple positives before I get into the negatives. Location is great, it’s near the cruise port and close walking distance to the old town. So the bad, we showed up at 3pm to check in after a very long day travel day. Only to be informed the cleaning staff was running late .. not a little late almost 3 hours late! We didn’t get our room till 6pm! Then when we got in the room it looked partially clean? I’d rate the room cleanliness as a 5 out of 10. The communication throughout the stay from the front desk was poor for several reasons. The staff didn’t look happy and you didn’t feel the relaxed vibe of Puerto Rico. It was an expensive place to stay, so will stay somewhere else next time. We wouldn’t recommend it, sorry :(

My first night at this hotel was lovely till it was time to go to bed and I pulled the sheets and there was blood all over the sheets which was left from the people before us so that means the sheets were not changed and cleaned. Very disappointed and disgusting.

Great location to cruise terminal

Convenient location to the cruise terminal. Nice but outdated. Rooms were not ready until late but did give a $35 restaurant credit for inconvenience without asking for it.
