The people at the hotel make this experience special. Doormen, valet, cleaning ladies...all super professional helpful and polite. We only ate once in the restaurant so pleaee qualify this remark in context. During that visit the service was slow and that experience was poor.

The hotel is located on a strip full of places to eat and drink. The hotel itself is fine, the staff that service the pool area are selective about the guests they offer service to however the rest of the staff we encountered were amazing. The “beach” is rocky and completely unswimmable

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The pool and cabana area was very clean and they had great bartending service. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and attentive. The view was beautiful and the easy access to walk straight onto the beach was an added bonus!

On Saturday, May 24, 2025, my stay at Condado Ocean Club was a disaster, largely due to front desk agent Dylan S.’s unprofessional and seemingly homophobic behavior. At $400/night, the service was outrageous. My room was filthy at 4 PM despite requesting housekeeping. Dylan was dismissive, rude, and told me to “argue with housekeeping in the hallways” instead of helping. I asked for cleaning at 6 PM to nap before dinner, but he refused, saying my comfort wasn’t their problem. Earlier, I overheard Dylan and a female coworker mocking my husband and me for being gay, which felt like homophobic targeting. The next day, the same coworker denied me a bottle of water, previously provided, adding to the slights. Thankfully, the assistant housekeeping manager was kind and got my room cleaned, though not at 6 PM. Dylan’s behavior was disgraceful; he needs customer service and sensitivity training to stay in hospitality. Condado Ocean Club isn’t worth the cost for such discriminatory, appalling service. Avoid this place, especially if you’re LGBTQ+.

I loved everything about the stay & the hotel was beautiful. The only thing I would say is a downfall is no microwave in hotel& the refrigerator that’s inside the rooms don’t get cold think they are just for decor but other than that no complaints
