This hotel is conveniently located in Condado. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and stylish. Our only complaint was that the pool and the beach in front of the hotel were shaded by the hotel. We ended up renting beach chairs at nearby hotels so that we could sit in the sun.

The best thing about this property is the staff! They were so nice and so accommodating. The room itself was fine. We thought we may have more access to the outside from our room, but the view was at least nice. If you want an umbrella at the pool, go put a towel down early. There were only 3.
