We stayed here for 7 nights. Room was clean, comfortable, liked view of lagoon. Housekeeping was a bit spotty ( forgot to leave towels, soap, coffee on some days). Restaurant service was extremely slow, even though we never saw more than a handful of tables occupied. Each visit, it took about 15 minutes for server to take our order, another 45 minutes to get food. Quality was average (often delivered barely warm), expensive for what it was. Our breakfast was delivered to another party one day, replacement took even more time. One night someone who looked like a hostess seated us and after 10 minutes someone (he said he was the host and had to write everything down) approached our table and asked if we had a reservation (only 2 other tables were occupied) and how it was we were seated, with a challenging tone. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby. We liked Serafina and STK (reservation a good idea). Pool area is in shade from the building all afternoon, fyi. Bar service is good, accommodating. DJs all afternoon on Saturday and Sunday are overly loud. Noise canceling ear phones reduce sound level to just right. Parking valet (nightly charge) is attentive, quick. Boutique is not unique. During 7 day stay never saw anyone make a purchase. Condado location is good. Staff (housekeeping, front desk, restaurant) seems unhappy. Serious with each other, greetings are perfunctory. Would probably choose a different hotel next time, given quality for the price.

The Condado Ocean club was a great choice for our 5 night stay. Our king ocean room had an amazing view. The drinks were good (but very pricey). One reason we chose this resort was because it’s adults only and we were looking for a relaxing poolside rest. When we arrived on Sunday, we were worried that wouldn’t be the case. The music was SO loud and lots of very young adults that seemed to be more of a party crowd. But, once we got past the weekend, it was MUCH better. The infinity pool is amazing-just wish it was heated! We hope to come back soon!

Absolutely the best view from our “ocean view” room. (9th floor, corner room) Waking up to that was incredible. You could also see the “small beach” and the pool. The pool was too cold for us, but I’m not blaming them.. we’re old, lol. We both recommend from our stay with them.

Nice, clean, but overpriced. Not aware of resort fee or that you have to pay $30 per day for parking. Disappointed in extra fees. Had to ask housekeeping to replace complimentary coffee and/or towels when they would clean rooms.

We recently stayed at the Condado Ocean Club to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, accepting, and accommodating. I had pre-arranged for our room to be decorated before check-in, and they made sure everything was beautifully set up. Although the décor noted “30 years” instead of 10, it was still romantic and added a fun, lighthearted touch to our celebration. The club itself is a fantastic place, but what truly made our stay exceptional were Marc and Carlos. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made our trip truly memorable. Marc, your dedication and long hours do not go unnoticed—your passion and the relationships you build with customers are evident and deeply appreciated. To Marc, Carlos, and the entire Condado Ocean Club team, thank you for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting the San Juan/Condado area!

The view of the ocean and the lagoon is gorgeous. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the area is full of things to do, things to see, and is close to the tourist attractions, while not being in the more congested parts of San Juan. Perfect vacation!
