Great customer service! Renovations looked great. My only criticism is the sound i heard from my room. Other hallway noise, outside traffic, etc. It seemed more sound proof my last stay. Free breakfast & service was outstanding! Ill return jyst to have tgat b4 my flight. Resident of PR.

Personnel staff very professional and attentive. Good breakfast and the time excellent for early travelers. What I suggest is to upgrade the insulation at rooms; you can can hear everything happening and surrounding rooms and all conversations at the hall.

The hotel was in a location for the airport. No entertainment nearby. Room cost too pricey for what was provided. Parking I had to pay in addition to the reprice. Large parking garage at the airport but not free. Supper table service the waiter we had to ask different times for drinks, eating utensils, etc. Breakfast was provided in room price. Sub quality meal. Bacon over cooked. Eggs over cooked and dry. Pancakes overcooked and dry. No fruit choice other than apples. Not likely to ever stay there again.

Excellent location if you are flying early or if you arrived to San Juan late at night. The complementary breakfast was great. The bellhop will drop your bags at the Airline terminal for a tip. The room I stayed was very small but clean.

Beats the overrated, overpriced hotels in San Juan. Small rooms with all amenities you’ll expect in a 3 star hotel. Uber available to everywhere you want to go. Convenience of being at the airport is unmatched. Very friendly staff.
