I love having the option to walk around & ve close to everything! Great dinning options , bars, beach. Close to airport. Very clean , has all you need . The pools were a plus. Communication was great. I will be going back to this place.

The location was great and the property was beautiful. Suggestions- more mats for room, larger bathroom, more counterspace, and towel availability. i did like the refrigerator and microwave in the room always a plus for leftovers.

The Rosalina is in an area conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. The facility is private and safe. It never felt crowded inside the small complex and we often had the pool areas to ourselves. It was clean and had everything that we needed. We would stay there again.

It was such a nice little stay. The only complaint I will say is you can hear others in the hallways if they’re being even a little bit loud. Overall it was a cute stay and would stay here again 😊

I didn’t like that there was no room service . They were charging $25 just to change the sheets. Seems excessive. Overall, though, the cleaning staff was very nice. They gave us new towels every day.

Amazing place to stay, but no hot water

The place is really amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures. It’s very clean and smells very good. The room is spacious in the bathroom too. My only issue was that there was no hot water in the shower.

I would not stay here again. I had a lot of ants in the room, even in my bed. The pool would leak big puddles that I had to use 2 of my towels to soak up. 2 of the 3 shelves in the fridge had standing water as well so I felt hesitant to eat anything I had in there. The repairs on the wall were pretty sad, I guess they don’t have any sand paper. The water pressure in the shower sucked, and the size of the shower and the room felt very prison like. I had one window up by the ceiling so I didn’t get much sunlight or view. Also, there isn’t many options for where to put things so most of my belongings had to be on the floor with the ants marching in. I was charged $25 for wanting to check- in 2 hours early. And the entire stay, I personally no one in the front office and I was in and out pretty frequently. I was in room 7 by the pool and I was constantly hearing people outside door slamming next to me. You hear everything from other rooms. Also I had a couple who had to ask me about the property because they couldn’t contact staff. I don’t work there but somehow I’m the one helping them. They complained about parking. I would choose somewhere else. Especially for $350 for 2 nights in Puerto Rico
