Staff doesn’t help. Had to request things SEVERAL times in order to get something like help with the AC being too cold and pillows that I requested twice and still never received. Waited over an hour at the bar to receive a drink. Just bad. Hotel also had an odor of wet mop throughout the hallways and in the room.

It is not a 2 min walk from the beach as it boasts. This is important to know if anyone in your party has mobility issues. It’s more like an10 minute walk because you cannot cut through adjacent properties to the beach. Also the included breakfast was not edible. The breakfast area, set up and food was the one place that was absolutely dirty and gross and the food was bad. It actually tastes rotten. The room was very clean and excellent and the staff were very friendly. If you want breakfast go right next door and get a cinnamon roll - best ever.

The front desk staff were very unfriendly. At 4 -5 interactions occurred and every time we felt like we were inconveniencing them despite very simple snd appropriate inquires. There was a 40$ meal credit that was not initially deducted from our final Bill. We had to review it twice with them taking more than 20 minutes before the woman adjusted our bill without any slightest expression of apology. In summary - horrible front desk service.

It’s very convenient location and close to the airport. I booked 2 rooms for four of us for four nights. At first one of the room was smelling like mold, TV wasn’t working, lights weren’t working. We made the complaint to the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. When we’re paying a big amount of money for the rooms, we do expect some kind of decent service.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. No need to rent a car, Ubers were always minutes away and super cheap!
