My room 311 has a very musty smell upon entering the room . May need to change or clean air conditioner filter. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. Certain people at the front weren’t friendly or knowledgeable about Hyatt place. The Hyatt house employees were friendly and upon entering their establishment it smelled amazing! The shuttle bus crew was amazing! I would stay at establishment again due to convenient access to restaurants and bars. The pool was great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Place San Juan, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, providing a perfect balance of comfort and style. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—plenty of delicious options to start the day. The location is also ideal, with easy access to Old San Juan and nearby attractions. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Hyatt Place San Juan is a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it!

For guest staying at the property and you drive you have to pay $18 dollar to park overnight. That is mad expensive. I'm already paying alot of money to stay at the hotel why do i have to pay more money to park overnight. Its cheaper to park for a couple hrs. I shouldnt be paying for parking if i'm a staying at the hotel.

A beautiful modern hotel in a great location. I always stay at a Hyatt. This is was my first stay at Hyatt Place San Juan. The staff was friendly and helpful, but housekeeping was unacceptable. I stayed one week and two of those days the room was not serviced. The bed was not made and the dirty towels were not replaced. The floor was sticky, the rug not vacuumed, stained and sticky furniture and the bathroom had hair stuck in the sink. Management was informed the first time, and it happened again. Therefore, management did not try to correct anything, or do not know how to manage the housekeeping staff. I left so disappointed in this hotel. I will try not to stay in this particular hotel again, if I can help it. Cleanliness is super important in the hotel experience. All other Hyatt hotels that I have stayed in have been excellent.
