The staff was very friendly. The first room smelled like cat dander and I’m highly allergic. I called the main desk and I had a new room in less than five minutes. The rest of the stay was great. Breakfast was included and it was always fresh and delicious. The one dinner meal we had was delicious too. It’s close to everything and walkable to many areas if you know your way around. It was a fantastic stay.

Great place to stay with shopping and restaurants close by. Also the hotel provides shuttle transportation to Old San Juan, T-Mobile District, and other locations. Room was great with a very good breakfast. All the staff encountered were very friendly. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip to San Juan

Great place for families to stay. 5 minute walk distance from the PR Convention Center and the T-Mobile entertainment District. Comfortable beds. The pool with its pirate ship themed area for the kids is a plus.

It would have been a five all the way around however the female bartender was rude. However the was the day bartender (dred man) was amazing his social skills was nothing short of amazing.
