The staff was great however the same particles on the floor was left on the floor day after day. The sheets on the bed needed to change due to a spills however they were never changed unless requested. Hand soap was never replenish. Enough towels were never replenished.

I booked last minute and arrived late at night since I just needed to take a quick name before continuing my trip. Good option, not noisy, room was clean and staff was available late. Breakfast does finish early so go in the established hours it says.

Hidden fees

Man im so tired of all these hidden fees. Book online amd show up and its an extra 50$ in hotel fees for nothing. Paid the same tax twice on it. They said they validate parking and then come to find they charged me the same 15$ for it. 180$ hotel turns into 250$ just because you say you can.

The property was well kept. You needed to use your room key to access the elevator which was comforting. The hotel is right next to a very nice casino! I’d definitely recommend this place! I will say the restaurant next to the casino was lacking in service but the food made up for it.
