They have a restaurant and casino on the property plus Walmart and two shopping malls are close by, one is within walking distance however i don’t recommend walking there as there are no sidewalks, an Uber is $5. If you party La placita is only 15minutes away and the music is very diverse. San Juan about 25mins away. The property is clean, breakfast was decent, nice pool, clean room, great housekeeping. I didn’t give five stars because we waited almost an hour before we could check in due to rooms not being ready.

The property was nice and very well kept. A car is needed not walkable. shopping sensor/mall is close by would say 10minute drive lots of food nearby including fast food, such as McDonald’s and Burger king and traditional Puerto Rican food as well breakfast is included at the hotel overall it’s a good stay if you have kids

What I liked is that parking was easy and accessible, the area was quiet and there was a casino next door. Also, breakfast was included but very chaotic and only until 9am (most places will have it until 10am). What I didn't like is that it is too far from everything central. We had a car so it was ok but I wouldn't stay there if I didn't have a rental car. The biggest problem I had with the hotel was how it wasn't clean. I don't need a 5 star hotel, as long as it is clean. When I travel, it's just a place to sleep in but must be clean. The hallways smelled like a skilled nursing facility (I am a nurse and know that smell), the carpets in the hallways were filthy, you could see they needed vacuuming. The room was better cleaned and smelling but the bathroom door was filthy, the handle looked like it hasn't been wiped in months. There was dust on the walls, actually took a picture, you could see it in the light. The sheets were wrinkled and there was hair on our sheets, pillows didn't smell fresh. I really didn't feel it had a good cleaning at all.

Reservation for 4 people but only 1 bed

I did the reservation for my family: 2 adulta and 2 children. When we got into the bedroom there was only a twin bed, towels for 2 people. And the said that I should have “chosen” for 2 beds, I was not enough to Make a reservation for 4 people!!!! What Kind of hotel Make reservation for 4 and only 2 placês to sleep???
