The staff was super friendly and the room was neat when we arrived. I had a bit of an oopsie with my RSVP but the staff was super helpful. I'm planning to head back here again very soon.

We had tiny ants EVERYWHERE, they sprayed raid in our room and said it was normal. Im super sensitive to aersols, our stay was not enjoyable!

The staff was so kind and helpful, and I fell in love with the hotel cat Niña. The pool was cool and the rooms cozy. They were doing some remodeling but that didn’t bother me. Would stay here again for the location and convenience

Nice clean boutique hotel. Nice pool and close to beach and 5 minutes from San Juan airport. Beach towels are supplied which is nice. No elevator but steps easy to maneuver. 2nd floor has a lovely community veranda. Nice to have a place to sit and visit outside rooms.

Very nice area and close to the beach. Uber prices reasonable to get to San Juan which is a must. Needed more days to visit Rainforest and zipline and other places. However we will be back. Piu Bella has great breakfast optiona. Metropol restaurant was delicious and Platos was very good too.
