La aria estaba muy peligrosa había muchos homeless drogadictos y muy sucio, Por la noche los huéspedes gritaban mucho con con el trabajador del lobby sinceramente no dormí porque había como unos señores gritando toda la noche platicando, hasta la madrugada, la Puerta Del cuarto entraba demasiada luz y cada vez que pasaba el señor drogadicto se miraba cuando pasaba, Mala experiencia no descanse

No room service was provided at all on request, hotel room was fairly clean however the area at night was not safe, back gated parking/door could have been watched better on cameras,lack of safety of the guest at some points, overall cheap hotel gets the job done, expect no help and definitely clean up after yourself and wait for gates open. Also stock up on paper towel, plates silver ware and anything else because little to no supplies were given!

Nuestra estadía fue corta, solo una noche. El lugar tiene potencial pero le hacen falta mejoras. La ubicación es relativamente buena pues tiene al lado la estación de tren urbano y se puede ir fácilmente a un concierto (nuestro caso) pero nuestra habitación #21 no tenía agua caliente, la presión de agua muy baja, el espaldar de la cama estaba despegado lo que con tan solo moverte sonaba (cosa que nos despertó toda la noche), las almohadas no son cómodas, la habitación no cuenta con espejos para mirarte completo (importante si necesitas prepararte para un evento). Estos detalles no hicieron de nuestra estadía una cómoda, sin embargo, tiene potencial para mejorar.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Includes a simple good breakfast. It was very clean. Includes a small parking lot. Although it is a classic hotel, they can modernize it a little in terms of decoration, to make you feel more comfortable.

From when I enter the property the boy at the front desk locked not only common manners but he lacked business manners as well. The hotel itself looked okay I did not know if that they had parking in back of the hotel which my checking it should be told to you. I did not stay there because, thankfully I stayed at Hyatt place with family, but the room was very tiny but you you get what you pay for. The check out lady knows manners and is very pleasant.

Well, first things, first when we got there, the gentleman in the front desk that supposedly was covering for the lady was rude, he thought I was threatening him. He was slamming my credit cards and my license ignore me.He swore at me.I will never stay at this place again There was barely any water pressure for the shower.The bed looked like it was ripped off the wall.Overall, the bed was comfortable and the sheets that's about it

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, communicative, and professional. I will definitely stay there again. I was made aware that the area did not appear as nice or safe, but I had no issues. My daughter and I walked to the ice cream shop and down towards the clubs. We had no issues.

We only stayed one night. It was in a sketchy area of town. Our Uber driver even told us not to walk around at night. The shower in our room did not work. It was barely dribbling water. Thankfully, a maintenance man was able to come by and fix it later in the day. But after a long day at the beach and feeling dirty, we just wanted a working shower right away. The staff was nice, but I would not stay here again.

Recommend It!!
I stayed for a week and 0 regrets. I heard from several Ubers that I should watch it and be careful during night times but I did not experience anything negative in the surroundings at night times. Several eating sources near by, public transportation is so near as well. I stayed 2nd half of July and was way quiet and peaceful. Continental breakfast is on point, I tried laundry service and not a single problem. Internet gave 0 problems as well
