The property was clean, check in was fast, didnt have to wait until 4 and the rooms are very clean and big. Not to mention the free breakfast and happy hour from 4 to 7 . We loved the swim up bar as well as free towels and umbrella for the beach which is walking distance. I cant wait to visit Puerto Rico again because we will be staying here.

Just stayed for a night before our cruise. Close to restaurants and the beach was a few blocks away. Breakfast was good and they gave the ladies roses for Mother's Day. It was a nice hotel.

Super friendly and efficient staff got us checked in early. Swim up bar was beautiful. Lots of dining options right across the street. A quick Uber to Old San Juan. Happy hour was a fun touch!

Too many fees/ uncomfortable beds
The beds where very uncomfortable, small and hard. The condition of the rooms vs all the extra fees they charge are ridiculous. My husband was fuzzed about a drink because an employee allowed him to take it until he found his wallet. When he tried to pay another employee told him to “not do that again” instead of offering him to add it ti the room. The only good thing is the breakfast and the location.
