This was the second time we stayed at this location in two weeks, it was still very clean and comfortable with great amenities and this time there were no fishy charges to content with!

The property was a great one, comfortable, quiet and well kept...however, when it came to clearing the stay, we were charged over $40 worth of drinks from the bar that we never had! When asked to remove those fraudulent charges, the bill was just $6.41 less than before! Hmmm! It was a good stay until we had to settle the bill, then it left a bad taste about how they were running the charges!

Would not recommend. The hotel overcharged my credit card which caused an overdraft in my account attached with a fee. When I spoke to one of the supervisors he looked into the mistake and offered an apology, which did not solve my overdraft fee. In addition, they charge $17 a day for parking which Expedia does not provide that information upon booking. Secondly they charge a non-refundable additional fee which consist on $200 and they will advise you on a $25 complementary “voucher” which allows you to purchase anything like food, drinks ect per day. Overall it was not the best experience.

The location of this property is perfect for those wanting to visit the beach. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were super clean. The pool is so kid friendly. My son and niece enjoyed themselves for hours allowing for us to relax. My only complaint would be that the rooms are a little bit small and that the beds are a bit uncomfortable.

When I tried to address my concerns by speaking with a manager, I was informed that no one was available to assist me. This lack of management presence and support was frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a guest. I hope the hotel can improve its management accessibility and provide better support to guests in the future.
