Property is fine if your ok just sitting by the pool. Beach area is limited but not too many waves good for kids. There really aren’t too many activities for kids, no water park near by or on the property. The hotel also didn’t have nightly activities. They offered each adult 2 free drinks a night, which was nice and some snacks popcorn/ chips & dip. Would be much better of they expanded or invested in a waterpark and more kid friendly activities. Mostly every hotel occupant had children.

The bellman that assisted with our luggage was excellent! He went above and beyond to take care of our transportation issues and assisted with securing a suite for us. The staff is friendly and welcoming in all areas. The bar and restaurant by the pool has excellent food and drinks. The resort itself was calm and relaxing with several amenities to choose from. Highly recommend!

If the property was updated I would rate it as excellent. Rooms are outdated with old furniture and bathrooms. The outside was great , pool area was nice, free breakfast was appropriate and staff was excellent. The biggest complaint is that if you do not get a pool umbrella and chair early enough they charge you for an umbrella and each chair. That was something I never experienced before in any other resort, having to pay for something that should be included as it states in the description. We had to get up early ( 7am) just to save a spot or we would pay 45 per day for 3 people ( we did pay two days before we realized the time it would take to get a “free” one). Also the beach chairs you automatically have to pay to get but we didn’t use any as a workaround. The grounds are beautiful, the staff was great, and we overall enjoyed our stay.

Be extremely careful of the parking garage entrance. It has 2 exits and 1 entrance in a parking garage that only has 1 way in & 1 way out. So not sure why there are 2 "out" gates, but it makes for a frightfully narrow entrance. Be very careful. I damaged my rental car with their awfully narrow entrance, as many others before me did. The colorful paint damage to the wall tells the story. Otherwise the hotel was spectacular and the views were wonderful.

At night they have very loud music in lobby till 12 midnight Loud we couldn’t sleep I complained but they didn’t do a thing about it I will never stay there and I don’t recommend this place for 300.00 a night
