Club Brava was closed for private events 2 out of the 3 nights they’re open which was disappointing. But overall the hotel was great, the staff by the pool were very friendly and helpful and the casino staff had great energy. The room was clean and the hotel felt very warm and cozy.

It's a beautiful hotel the lobby is wonderful, restaurant and club. But once you get off the elevator the hallway funny smells. Our room was dirty and we found roach, curtain had mold.

Services are extremely poor that nobody is care for their customers. Conforter is broken apart. Mattress is broken apart for room 118 and 120. Whatever you need and call for it, it took an hour to get it. A 5 star hotel services works like a Air BnB rental. Rated 3 stars hotel. It is not worthy the money you paid for. A birthday vacation dream turned into a nightmere at this hotel very poorly managed. Simon

Our room was dirty, the bathroom was full of mold and the carpet was so frayed that my 90 year old mother tripped several times. For a so called 5 Star hotel, this hotel did not meet the standards. Very disappointed.

I have stayed at this hotel in previous years and enjoyed which brought me back this summer. Upon arrival there was no bell service to help unload my bags. After checking in, we discovered the AC had been broken since the night before and we were left to roast in our rooms. Thankfully we were accommodated by switching from the main building to the villas, but we should have been notified of the AC issue at check in. Especially having our 14 month old with us. The pool access was for anyone from the outside meaning that there was no regulation on who was coming into the hotel and using the pool area as well the pool wasn’t being cleaned regularly, the pool menu was limited and cocktails weren’t too great. The hotel looks like it hasn’t been maintained well, or as I remember it. I give it a 3/5. They need to upkeep the hotel and add bracelets for all guests so random people will not be allowed into the hotel areas!

Just a great place all around. Was surprised by some fees but I knew what I was getting to with a resort type area. Loved every second. Wish I could go back.

Overall the hotel was nice but the room was very disappointing and outdated. The carpet had a musty smell so we purchased febreeze air fresheners for the room to get rid of the smell. They did refund us a night due to the air conditioning not working which was hospitable of them. Very lovely resort and beach access was awesome.

This Hotel was everything!! Specially the staff very helpful and everything is pretty much on premises. My only issue was the AC stopped working for a whole day. Other than that I’m definitely coming back.
