Property was good overall though there were a few minor things that would’ve made it better. The bathroom was missing a towel rack which left holes on the wall which were unrepaired and looked pretty bad. The fact that the room did not have a lock/latch on the inside was a little unsettling since hotel rooms usually do, it gives you that added sense of security. The parking was a bit of a walk and a bit scary to walk through late at night even though it had security they were not posted in the actual lot. The property was hard to find as it did not have a sign and was on a one way street so every time you passed it you had to drive 7 minutes around to get back to it, luckily the front desk person was nice enough to stand outside and wave at me so I knew where it was.

Stayed in hotel for four days never seen housekeeping cleaner. saw one her sitting in one of the rooms on her phone and never came to our room to clean it out of the four days. floor had stains and bedsheets had blood stain and brown stain. Service desk had attitude. Fell on lobby floor at the door and never asked if i was ok.. nobody at the desk between times. No cable, no phone, laundry room or vending machine..overall rooms were nice

The hotel is a nice place, if you don’t want to spend too much money. It has a great ambience inside the only thing I didn’t like was that there were no microwave no ice and no small cups and no bottles of water for the guest. I only recommendations

Everything is with codes, I liked i didn't had to bother anyone at night when we came back from a concert. Very near (next door) to 787 Coffee, practical for brunches. You can walk to some places from there or take an Uber if they can find the hotel. However: This property is not as the pictures, there is not a sign or a name in front of the building, hard to find. The employee was not very fond of customer service. There is no parking, you park at the Normandie and walk to the hotel. A man and a lady were screaming at the middle of the night, I am aware it's not the hotel's fault, still... You get what you paid for...
