This property is close to the cruise terminal and great for overnight stop. We shared a room with our friends and it was a good sized room for the 4 of us.

Great

Very spacious room. Clean. Near big Hilton, snorkeling, and beach. Great place to be on the island of old San Juan, but close to the exit. Coffee shops right outside of the front door. Felt very safe, quiet, and clean. Uber pickup in a couple of minutes.

This hotel was no manned I stayed 3 nights no one ever can to clean my room change my wet towels The room had no bedside tables to even rest my phone on I had to use the one chair in the room to rest my phone water bottle I was unable to find anyone to request fresh towels each day and there was no where to dry the towel except the top of the door in my room Very small room , it was clean on arrival but basic fresh daily towels that are dry I feel is a given My floor was sandy after day 2 and as I had no cleaning this became a problem Very unhappy but no one to complain to as there were never any staff to speak with

Bed and pillows were terrible, so bad it hurts your back. Slow service at the reception, they dont answer emails nor phone calls. Surrounding area is noisy. No microwave nor refrigerator inside the room. Cancellation fee is too high. Room was pretty and clean. Air conditioner works perfect. Low value for the price

The hotel is great! Close to places we definitely wanted to visit. It's located in a very safe area and walkable to the beach which we loved! We got the cheapest room though with no refrigerator, microwave and coffee cups.

Its our second time staying at this hotel and again a very pleasant stay. The property very clean, well care with very nice decoration. Walkable to the beach. Easy for taxis and Uber. Easy access for people with disabilities. Has access to parking. Various dinning options.

Perfect for a short stay

Beautifully remodeled room. Bed was very comfy . - Park view is actually on the road and Saturday night was very loud. Glad we had ear plugs. Had to turn down air conditioning - it was directly over the bed .
