The place was great to stay, would like them to share with customer about the mosquitos at the beach as they share after the fact i had been bite from them, was inform we got that information at the register so even i took a look at it yes confirm yet who will read a notice with the small print at the front desk when you arrive to enjoy your stay. i will like to staff to verbally stay the mosquitos as soon customer arrive, otherwise it was under constrution first floor lot of noise dust yet great!

The hotel room was not extraordinary but had the basic amenities. The property was beautifully located on the beach. The pool and pool bar were so much fun. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a great stay.

What make the hotel a nice places is the staff. The rooms are average. I requested a room handicapped accessible. I get a room with a bigger bathroom door however the person who designed the bathroom for sure is not handicap or have experience with a handicap person. The toilet is extremely low and the sink is very small and inconvenient.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. Compared to the other 4-5 star hotels I’ve been to this hotel was a let down. Very bad service and dinning. The food was bad and over priced. Not to mention the hotel was under construction when we were there. I was expecting more from this hotel and was greatly underwhelmed.
