Pésima fatal

Terrible tuve que cambiar de cuarto la primera noche el aire tenía humedad y hongo . El piso estaba sucio los pies se pusieron negro y pegajoso. La alfombra peor. No había personal para poder hacer el cambio en la noche y tuve que esperar al otro día. Me fui una noche antes por el servicio y condiciones pésimas. Una fatal experiencia lamentablemente

Listen, I am not a person to write bad reviews for anything but I just couldn’t keep this to myself. Possibly the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. We stayed there for five nights and not ONCE did we get any housekeeping. We tried telling the front desk about this and all they said was “we’ll write down your room number and let them know” and yet no one came. The one and ONLY time I saw housekeeping was when we left. So what I concluded was that they only clean rooms once you leave, disgusting. On top of that, when I tried to call the front desk for fresh towels and toilet paper, the lady that answered the phone stated “I will get to it when I have the time” and then hangs up. Overall, possibly the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot on. Save yourself the headache and do not book with them.

The people at the front desk and the doorman were always gentle and correct. The breakfast was very low quality and short variety, The biggest problem was the Lack of cleanliness in the hallways, stairs and balconies. Only one elevator was working.

This property is in a great location, but the condition is bad. The hotel is outdated. The room was dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Only one blanket was given to us. Management needs to invest in the property

We had an unsatisfying experience at this hotel. The floor in our room was an incredibly dirty rug that made our feet dirty when we walked on it in barefoot. There was a cockroach in our bathroom. The staff only changed our towels once and did not give us clean facecloths or hand towels. There was hair on the floor beside the elevator in the lobby. The parking was also inconvenient because it was in a parking garage for a nearby mall, within easy walking distance of the hotel but not very close by when carrying bags. It’s a very odd location wedged in between two other hotels and the mall. The staff was friendly enough and the room was fine for the price, with a balcony and microwave and sink. The cleanliness issues were bad, however. I don’t think I would go back, unless I really wanted to save money on lodging.

Two night stay. Parking was not close to hotel. Only had coffee from breakfast provided. Just pastries . Good breakfast and lunch places close. Bed was comfortable, check in was easy and glad they had storage for luggage. Room smelled of mildew. Very old carpet in bad shape. Room was clean but would not stay again.

We have stayed at the Costa Bahía in San Juan, for years due to its spectacular location right in front of the Condado Lagoon. However, over the years, the hotel has been left to deteriorate. Cleanliness has significantly declined, and the staff is not hospitable. The rooms are not well-maintained, with musty-smelling sheets and infrequent housekeeping. Many amenities are old and worn out, giving the hotel a neglected feel. It’s a shame, as the location is perfect for exploring the area, but the overall experience has gone downhill.

Views are spectacular!!! I was caught off guard with the concept of no lobby and little to no employees available. I tried calling the front desk many times from landline and I never got through. Also the place could use a sprucing up. The furniture is tired and beds are super soft. Pillows are spent. Location is ok but not great.

We had an issue with the curtains been stuck and the lady in front desk called Ashley went up to the room and fixed it herself since there were no maintenance personnel at the moment. So we are thankful to her for dealing with the issue in a promptly manner.
