This is a bad stay for what it cost especially with the amazing view. They serve complimentary continental breakfast but by day 2 some things were no longer available and by day 4 only toast and corn flakes was available with apples. You can also purchase a real breakfast from the other nearby hotels.

From the pictures and being in person the property amenities were dirty and rusty even coming down the to the microwave I wasn’t fond of it at all the room gives stuck in time and has a weird smell which I had to buy Lysol to keep me feeling safe of the odor , they have potential but needs to be remodeled the balcony view was my only best option out of everything

The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. There was blood on the sheets and when I reported it to the front desk she said I had to find a housekeeper. The following morning I reported it to the male staff member and he told housekeeping and it was changed. The tub had hair and other debris in it I reported it and nothing was done until the following day.

Hi the area was really good, but room service terrible from my 4 days only 1 day did clean my room, the other not even came to pick up the garbage. A lot of noise outside and smoke smell in the hallway . Not clean not the bathroom floor or the carpet in the room.

deben mejorar un poco la limpieza. en el cuarto habían cucarachas muertas, una de las sábanas que utilizamos tenía como un chicle pegado. también el estacionamiento está lejos y tras de que está lejos también te cobran por el cuando debería estar incluido en la estadía porque se está pagando por quedarnos. Tampoco el staff orienta sobre los cargos del estacionamiento de haber dos carros por cuarto y tampoco orientan sobre los cargos por no hacer el check out a tiempo. Para concluir, las opciones de desayuno, 0/10 no era algo bueno para lo que nos merecemos por el pago de la estadía. en fin, deben mejorar muchísimas cosas!
