We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, as it was clean. Every room has a balcony. Our room had a great view of the water/beach as well as other places in the area. We were able to park in a parking facility for a small fee, which was not bad at all. Breakfast wasn't much, but it was good. We were also able to take it up to our room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would staff here again, if I visited PR again.

Housekeeping never once came to my room, facility looked outdated and I had rusty equipment in my room. There was hair in my bedsheets when I first arrived. The tub and wall base looked like they were coming off. Breakfast was just muffins, toast, bagels/croissants or cereal. Thought there would be more options especially fresh. I loved how close everything was however. The beach, tours, old San Juan.

Room had mold lots of grime over furniture bad smell and roach infestation. Should have had my money refunded for the horrible 6 hours I spent there. Despite us being tired and exhausted from our flight arriving at early morning hours.

Great stay at Bahia we will stay there again.. It would be nice to have more info on the parking as first time stay.. The parking fee was covered so that was great just make sure to check in first and get your parking card. Then park paseo caribe parking.

Hotel is conveniently located in an safe area, near the beautiful ocean and beaches. However, it needs improvement on the cleaning and maintenance. I understand it’s an old building and that’s not an issue. The floors and shutters haven’t been cleaned for years, you can tell by the residue. Also, requested room service and they only replaced the towel but the cleaning staff did not do the beds. A deep cleaning is necessary at that hotel. Also, one elevator worked the time we were there. Rooms were outdated as well but my biggest issue was the cleaning.

The rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. No microwaves, no kitchenettes, no sofas, just a mini fridge and a safe. There were towels in the room but no wash rags. The carpets were FILTHY. We had to wash our feet to get into bed and couldn’t walk around barefoot without our feet turning black and getting covered in hair. The balcony lock was broken so it had a weird lock on it that was very hard to open. There was only one sheet and a thin blanket on the beds. Parking was an absolute nightmare. You have to ask for a parking pass and it costs about $21 a day to park in the garage. The garage is about 1/4 mile away. The floors in the hallways are never swept, we stayed 6 nights and the same dead coach roach and hair balls were there the entire stay. Breakfast was a very small selection, nothing hot but the coffee. The view was about the only thing good about it and we aren’t picky people, just need a clean room with fridge, microwave and a shower. On the plus side, the security guards downstairs were very helpful and upfront about everything.

Moldy smelling room, pillows less than desirable, staff not very helpful, ac poor, uber pick up is sketchy and best. Don’t waste your time here, go to an established resort. Pay the money. Dilapidated hotels. Stay in old San Juan they take better care of it.
