On arrival it took 30 minutes to be checked in and Once we got into the room we noticed that the phone didn’t work and not to mention we had to walk to the service desk to get room service.. Meaning! We wa there on our third day and no one came to clean or change our towels and sheets.. On the 5th day we asked if we could get late check out and they told us no someone was coming in for the rooms which was ironic because check in wasn’t till 4p and shout was at 11am.. There was no pool and the breakfast was only bread and cereal.. I would think twice about this place..

The hotel has seen its better days. The room smelled very musty and wasn't fresh. I think the air conditioning was broken as well. It wasn't able to be adjusted and didn't take out the humidity....

This hotel had a few positives, but overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. The gym was decent, which was a plus, but that’s about where the good things end. Check-in was frustrating—it was difficult and unorganized, though I was eventually able to check in an hour early. I had hoped for an even earlier check-in, but that wasn’t possible. Late check-out wasn’t an option either, which was disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was cleanliness. The place was very dirty—sticky carpets, an overall unkempt feel, and an unpleasant smell in the unit. It’s clear that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority here. Would not recommend.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room was dirty, and the carpets were sticky, making it uncomfortable to walk around. The entire unit had a strange, unpleasant smell that never went away. To make matters worse, the so-called "breakfast" was a joke—just coffee, cereal, and fruit. If you're expecting a real breakfast, you'll be disappointed. Overall, this place felt poorly maintained and definitely not worth the stay. I won’t be coming back.

Do they mop and vacuum the floors? I’d say no. I still wonder what fungus or rust is growing on the bathroom fixtures. Breakfast area is poorly designed and offers very limited snacks. Area restaurants were not open. We stayed here twice-bookends to a cruise. Upon first entry to the room temperature was set at 65 degrees- who wants to walk into an icebox!!= very uncomfortable ! same with the lobby, both of them had cold air blowing right on us, and we were wet from being outside in the rain which occurred as we were discovering that all walkable-distance restaurants were closed.

Great base

Good location overlooking the bay. Handy kitchen area which could have been stocked a bit better, good wifi, clean beds and bathroom, safe, iron, hairdryer etc. Hot water and soft toilet paper.

Not what was expected.

Pictures online did not match actual facility. Rooms were very out dated. Rusted trash cans, broken rusted shower door, black hair everywhere!! Especially on the carpet

Reasonable price for its location, but the building itself is very dated, service is bare minimum, and housekeeping didn't always make up the room. Very little natural light in the rooms. Shower leaked such that the floor became a major slip hazard every time it was used. Drivers had a hard time finding pickup zones because it's off the main road with little signage. All in all, it'll do if one has limited options, but the value didn't libe up with the price tag so personally I'd rather either spend a bit more for a more established hotel in the area, or spend less on a cheap place to lay my head.
