My room wasn’t cleaned often. I had to go to the lobby and request for my room to be cleaned and for more towels. Other guests were complaining about not having new/clean towels as well. Its a great centralized location but the service isn’t the best.

The room was dirty, couldn’t even use the tub because of the filth you could wipe your finger and see the dirt, shower floor was slimey, they give you a few dishes but no dish soap or anything to clean with , very unsatisfying especially when you book a Presidential suite you would expect a lot more, the ice machine didn’t work on the floor I was on & when I went downstairs to the next floor the room the ice machine was in was absolutely gross.. The best park about the room was the balcony and ocean view and even then the glass on the balcony was so dirty you couldn’t sit down and look through the glass to enjoy the view you could only stand.

Ok, the breakfast was good, you had a chioce for a hot breakfast. The view from the room was excellent, the room was fairly clean and comfortable.The parking is very far from the actual hotel, my husband is handicap♿️ so that was ver difficult for us (and you have to pay $15 a night) the place where breakfast was served is NOT inside the hotel and you have to walk a ways to get there, so if it rain's you are going to get wet going there or to the parking lot, there is cobnle stone so its uneven ground. If you are going somewhere fancy you are goint to sweat as soon as you walk out of your hotel room, the hallways do not have air-conditioning and by the time you get to your car you will be a hot mess. There is no hotel lobby where you can hang out either.
