Nice clean boutique hotel. Seems it was renovated about 10-15 years ago, but they keep it very clean, no musty smells or any other problems. They have a nice place to sit out in the garden, with a small pool For a reasonable rate, a clean hotel, a half street right off the center of Condado - this is the place. I have been to several others nearby and this is the best of them.

The door lock situation is very strange. They make you use an app that doesn’t always work. The top lock can be unlocked with your fingernail. My watch was stolen from the room. The rooms were surface clean but not actually clean. It was super loud in the morning as our room was directly next to their dining area where they serve free toast for breakfast. Would not recommend.

The only two problems in this location are very limited parking and a bed that is too soft; it feels like sinking. Beutifull landscape and pool, the bread and cofee for free work for us little extra that make my morning.

Had a very unpleasant experience at the coral princess hotel. Room was small, dirty, noisy, had bugs, no hot water and low water pressure and a lock on the door that locked us in the room. Not to mention the door to our room was an awkward half door. Came back to the room after a day at the beach and the key to the room was left in the door by house keeping. All personal belongings were at risk for hours. Later that day somebody attempted to enter the room. When we brought this to the attention of the manager and asked to see the security footage, he did not care. Did not offer a single apology and just told us he’d try and get the security footage. Which we never got. On top of this our room was directly next to the common space area for the hostel section of the hotel. Suspicious characters were always outside our room and made us feel very uncomfortable. On top of all of this they had the nerve to charge me extra for a towel that got dirty. Save yourself a nightmare and don’t stay at the Coral princess hotel.

Small hotel with clean and adequate room. Property also has a hostel with a ten-person room, which meant a big line for the one person checking folks in and out. Excellent location for short stays. Parking looked like a huge headache, but we didn’t have a car. The location is super walkable, with stores/bars/clubs/dispensaries/beach all right there. App for unlocking doors is a great concept but the reality seems poorly executed…just ask for key and leave a deposit.
