Spendid medium hotel
Medium hotel. Room are clean, but staff for room come earlier for clean rooms. You have to go wake up earlier for this. Otherwise, your room stay unclean.... Good city for vacation, levittown, Toa Baja etc... Safe and confident environement to stay. Good restaurants....

In need to be remodeled the rooms and the bathroom are too small. Other than the oatmeal the breakfast was not good. The staff was very nice and friendly.

An accident waiting to happen.
The mayor complaint - a bath shower waiting for an accident to happen. A tiny shower with no doors and no appropriate way to catch running water. To say the least , it created a slippery mess that used up the few towels provided. Additionally, it was dangerous.

The hotel itself is ok. Not great by any means but it's goodish. The shower had no hot water and was vented to the hallway outside so it didn't feel private. And while it certainly has ocean views (these are ok but not that good), it does not have what I would consider to be beach access. The "beach" across the street is not kept up and is full of trash. There are a lot of rocks as well and we were warned that it's not safe to swim in. You'll need to travel nearly 30 mins to find a suitable beach. We did see some wild pigs though, which was neat. The area around the hotel is in poor shape. It didn't feel unsafe per-se but just doesn't make for a particularly good vacation area. The construction is almost non stop and we could hear it going well after midnight. The traffic is noisy too. The pool at the hotel is really nice and the staff was very friendly. It was nice to have access to breakfast every morning as well. Kudos to the staff there for their hard work.

The property was clean but was noisy, you can hear activity from the hallways and the street. Also very uncomfortable the idea of not having hot water. At first they told me to let run water of the sink faucet and bath; what a Waste of water!!! Never got hotwater.
