The last time I visited San Juan we stayed in an Airbnb & it was very noisy and just overall not a great place to stay so we wanted to try a hotel this time. CasaBlanca Hotel was great! Hot water in the shower. Quiet despite being in the middle of the city. Great location & was able to walk everywhere! There are plenty of restaurants to try different foods in the area, coffee shops, as well as a pharmacy nearby and historical sites within walking distance. Cold AC kept us comfortable when we were resting. TV actually had cable which wasn’t a necessity obviously but a bonus when we were coming home late at night and wanted to watch a movie. The hotel has breakfast served there, a bar on the rooftop, and 24/7 free coffee bar in the lobby as well. They also offer to store your luggage before check in and after checkout if you have a late flight and want to explore the city while you wait. They also have a list of excursions you can book too at the front desk. Staff were accommodating & very friendly.

Oozing with charm w best location

This hotel is really adorable, the decor is unique in the lobby, lots of eye candy for creative folk and the room is Moroccan themed. Casablanca plays on a loop in the lobby…The room is pretty small, theres a small window to a lift shaft, so no view but a little bit of light. The saving grace is the rooftop which has a great view across old san juan. There are toiletries and shower was fine. In room safe didnt work. The location is unbeatable, at the centre of the old town. There’s free coffee and water in the lobby and they let me check in a little early which was appreciated, plus leave my case there for a couple of hours after check out (some places in San Juan seem to have restrictions about that). I was there for less than 24 hours which given how small the room was and with little natural suited me fine. Not sure would recommend a longer stay.

Don't waste your $ overpriced & pictures lie!

I paid for a balcony and could not use it. It was noy cleaned by housekeeping and had pigeon living on it. Told the hotel and their response was we have pigeons all over the city. No hot water, no matter how long it runs. Dirty towels and no wash cloths provided. Toilet seat was cracked and stained. Furniture old, dated and soiled. Front desk persons do not care once they get your money. Floors were damp and I slipped on stairs. Again, told them and they did not care. Elevator takes more than 10 minutes to come up or down, which is why I took stairs. Only good things about this hotel it's location & great a/c! Not enough for me to return or recommend anyone to stay here. I wasted my time & money! I took photos, but don't know how to add them. Sorry
