We only stay at the Caribe Hilton when we visit PR because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Being between Condado and Old San Juan couldn’t be a better location. The property is beautiful and the service is excellent. Highly recommended

Do not be fooled by the pictures the updates are an illussion. The rooms were dusty and dirty. The resort staff were less than friendly. We ordered food on the beach that took well over an hour. When we inquired with the staff we were met with total rudeness and hostility. I’ve not been this displeased with a resort in a very long time. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again based on this experience.

The Caribe was a seamless stay. Great reception to explain the processes, to the pool and private beach, to having a concierge type service for any request. We had a wait for our room and the offered an immediate upgrade to the Ocean View area without any hesitation. Staff at the pool bar were great, Roberto, Hirem and the pool managers were super attentive and working hard to get keep the drinks flowing. Great relaxed, yet fun atmosphere to chill for the week. Close to everything San Juan and easy uber access. Highly recommend taking a look at staying here.
