Check in was frustrating. Spent 20 mins in line to have someone cut in line. Staff was overwhelmed and check in took 40 mins. The room was okay, but by no means the luxurious facilities that were once the Caribe Hilton. Spent two days and A/C was set to a temperature and could not be changed. Shower did not have hot water, regardless of how much time you waited or at what time you took your shower. Wifi was very spotty.

Beach has ridiculous amount of seaweed on it, to where you could not use the small amount of beach that is provided. Limited food-Hours are horrible-always closed. Staff-slow, not attentive, room issues, food was not great. Pina C was very disappointing. Room-not kept up and cleaned. Smelled like weed the entire time. Way over priced-not kid friendly

This hotel is on the beach and the views are beautiful. Our room faced El Fortín de San Jerónimo so made for good pictures. Also, the Bartender at Caribar made drinks that were on point! Definitely will visit again.

This is my 2nd stay at the c.h. It started rocky but after speaking With manger John P. Everything turned out great. I love the pool & swim up bar area. Only bad thing is More restaurants are needed around the property.
