The hotel was beautiful to the eyes but the location was very dangerous, it was right by the highway. The room was small with no closet space, no microwave but they did have a refrigerator and extremely small garbage can which you barley can fit anything. They did have shower gel but no washcloth, they gave me a hand towel as a wash cloth. Breakfast was served late and everyday the staff will say the server was running late. They took long to clean the room. The restaurant was beautiful but the food wasn't so great, they should've incorporate spanish dishes with Indian style because it's in Puerto Rico.

Dissatisfied

The hotel didn’t seem prepared. No iron, very limited towels, issues with WiFi, and TV. No community microwave. They have nice pool & nice outdoor setting.

Overall i like everything the only thing we wasn't to happy about it, the tv not working because not internet was provided. Other than that everything was good, also I suggest changing the music for something more commun like Spanish or pop .

I’m so glad we decided to come here. It was a little hard finding the place at first. The address that’s given on the app is not the correct address of the place. But once we finally got there it was beautiful. I wish they had early check in options, but they were nice enough to let us hold our items until it was check in time. The food was delicious and the workers were so nice. I definitely will be coming back specifically for the pool. I also love the fact that it’s close to the main attractions

This boutique hotel seemed like a good idea, based on its proximity to the cruise ports. In reality, it sat on a rather major roadway, and was very noisy. The pool area was small, but lovely. The bar was only mediocre. The bartender did not seem interested in fulfilling guest requests…the drinks were sub par and expensive. The room was sparsely furnished…there was only one tiny trash can. In the future, I would stay at a larger, more established property.

Do you a favor and just book a chain property. I checked in at 6 am, they greeted me nicely, but the room water was cold& the socket in the bathroom didn’t work, there is no big mirror for you to see your outfit. The room smelled like mildew. And includes no toiletry items like complimentary toothpaste, lotion etc. I called prior to the trip, asked if I should get a rental they said no. Well uber added up spent like 400$ on uber. Hotel is nice for aesthetics but that’s it. The guy that’s in his 20s front desk was rude, knocked on my door at 6am of my last night there bc I placed my towels outside, mind you, the room is the size of a cubicle. And got upset that I did that most hotels with pools want you to do that an I was told to do that when I asked for more towels from another FD there! Oh and they made me move rooms my last day I was there bc they needed the broken room I was in. He didn’t tell me until after 1130 and I was in my bathing suit about to leave an g to an excursion I booked, so I had to move all my stuff and wait til this new room was ready and it delayed my day…mind u I had already been there for like 3 days and he kept threatening to charge me a late fee bc I needed to hurry up an move rooms! When he just told me 30 minutes prior. very pushy and demanding to me I didn’t appreciate that. Kept saying he has to up charge me to stay in the room, I decided I was going to pay it and then he kept saying even though I pay it I still have to move rooms.?? Annoying!

This property was definitely a surprise. My husband and I stayed for 4 days. It felt like we were at a spa retreat! Staff was so nice and friendly and the girl at front desk(Alexa) was very welcoming . We are definitely coming back!

The property is charming but fell short of my expectations. Let's start with the room door lock, which was a constant hassle. They provide a 4-digit code, but opening the door daily became a headache. The room itself is small and cute, but there were several inconveniences. First, there’s no hot water. When I inquired, I was told that, as a "Green Hotel," the shower water is only heated to 80–85 degrees—completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no phone in the room, meaning any assistance required a trip to the reception area. Basic amenities were missing: no ironing board or iron, no full-length mirror (just a small one above the sink), no closet for hanging clothes, and not even a chair in the room to sit on. While this is an adults-only facility, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, sinking awkwardly in the middle. The service at the reception was disappointing as well. The staff member I interacted with had a nasty attitude when asked any questions, which added to the unpleasant experience. On a positive note, the pool was small but nice, and ironically, the pool water was warmer than the shower water in the room. SMH Overall, while the property has a cute aesthetic, it simply didn’t meet my standards for comfort or convenience. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.

Our stay was amazing and Jeremey was very welcoming and made our stay excellent. Definitely a 10/10 and a must stay hotel! The bar was amazing as well our bartender made excellent drinks!
