Upon checking in we askred for a quiet room away from street. We were 4given a second floor street side with balcony, with older wooden double doors...no intermediate air tight doors to assist in blocking noise..it was as if we were on street. Lots of noise throughout night which did not cease until 2 am. Loud music in vehicles, motorcycle riders deliberately revving engines, loud trucks etc. OK, yes woman in morning checkout explained weekends are nois y, but

Nice place but you will not get a hot shower

Everything was great except one thing that really kind of ruined everything, the shower water was always cold. No one can tell me that there was no hot water, because I easily and quickly got hot water out of the sink.

A modern hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. Rooms are all new albeit fairly small but all you need in a great spot. Excellent location and the 24/7 staff is pleasant at any time of day or night. Great option.

Their staff was amazing ! We arrived to Puerto Rico extremely early, so we called the front desk to see if they could hold our luggage and possibly let us in early, and they absolutely accommodated us with that and everything else we asked for.

The location is great. Heart of old San Juan, perfect spot to be in the center of everything! I would recommend if you’re doing a night here then leaving to explore the rest of the isla!

Without question, the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating hotel staff of anywhere I have traveled, all over the world! The hotel is absolutely lovely and right smack dab in the middle of everything. Great dining, shopping and sightseeing just steps away. Super cool little photo booths on site as well as an adorable sweet treats cafe with the friendliest shopkeeper. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place! We truly did not want to leave and now we can’t wait to go back again. It was an awesome place to stay and we had a fabulous vacation in Old San Juan!
