Nice hotel however the daily credit is a scam because the menu upped the prices on everything. Chicken wings for 34 dollars ??? Pina colada 23 dollars ?? Just ridiculous. Make the menu regular price

My 3 friends and I stayed here for spring break. I am blown away by how nice this Marriott is. It is in the perfect area. We were able to walk to get dinner all week being so close to la Placita and much more. It was very quiet with police presence constantly in the area. As a 20 year old girl I felt very safe. The staff is extremely professional. They give you free bottled water which was an awesome perk. The rooftop pool was extremely relaxing and clean. Next time I visit PR I will be staying here again!

Stay at the hotel with my family and celebrate it my 50th birthday. All I can say is “SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE” The staff were so welcoming friendly and professional. All the areas very clean. If you want to celebrate any even I recommend AC hotel, you will be pleased with the service and communication. Vanessa Colon was amazing thru the whole process and accommodating our request. We made all the arrangements over the phone since we live on NC. I can’t say enough of our stay but that we left very pleased.

The restaurant downstairs was to die for. It was a speakeasy style restaurant that was so good we ate there twice. The first night we landed kind of late so we decided to just eat at the hotel. It was so mind blowing we went back the second night. Hotel staff was very kind and transparent. We had a $42 daily credit that wasn’t able to be used for breakfast which kind of sucked cause we were out exploring most of the day and at night it was too late to use but we still managed to use it at the pool which was also amazing. Highly recommend!

Our stay was decent however the concierge misplaced a pair of my shoes and after being told an investigation would be completed I was then later told they were able to verify that my shoes were mistakenly given to someone else, but they could not find the person . I was then asked to provide a copy of my receipt so that I could be reimbursed which I did. However I was told I would not be compensated the price I paid for but only for the current selling price. Despite my having my rd opt I was then told because my shoes were worn I could not get back the full price I paid. Rather than be given a check the same converge who lost my shoes was extremely rude to me and refused to provide further assistance

Spring vacation

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, excellent shower. The food in the hotel dinning room was very good, flavorful and well presented. Convenient parking. The hotel was one block from in the beach in a very nice neighborhood with lots of stores, restaurants and nice parks.
