I have been staying here on and off for awhile and have never had an issue with parking until this stay. I had got sick and was unfortunately in my room for two days and didn’t realize my car was towed for them saying there was no parking pass , however when I went to get the car the parking pass was right there. When spoke with the hotel staff they informed us that the person who checked us in never entered our license plate which is why we were towed we were suppose to get a warning first but since our license plate was not in there they didn’t know we were guests. I ended up having to spend more on getting my car out than a week stay at this hotel. Has anyone else had this problem ? Now im out a grip of money on something they staff should be trained on when checking in hotel guests. Why should I have to pay for it on the hotels mess up ?
