NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER!!!

Check in at 3:00pm and was told problem with hot water and plumber is working on it, should be fix shortly. By 8:30pm there still no hot water for me to shower and was told it is not to fix until next morning. I had to check out to look for other hotel and got refund for only half price. I should get a full refund by either Uptown Oasis or Hotels.com

Decent place. Room was clean but bugs inside the bathroom ceiling light. The receptionist was friendly. Price was higher than expected. They had plumbing issues and no hot water on my first morning there. Was fixed afterwards.

they didn't inform me until check in at night, there is no hot water and they don't know when it will be fixed. I had to change hotel at the last minute. and the front desk has no help at all. didn't provide any compensation either. this is first time ever I had to change hotel at check in.

When I got there to check in they took my ID and CC # and had almost completed the check in when they decided to tell me there was no hot water on the property and it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day. They wanted to book me into their other property which was 20 miles away and not at all convenient to the airport. I opted to find another place myself. They “refunded” me but told me I had to call Expedia myself to complete the refund. The front desk person did not care one bit about the situation and did not even apologize. Went to a nearby Extended Stay and got an upgraded room when he heard about my situation.

A little dated, but still functional

The hotel looks like it used be much livelier. It's a bit worn down and could use some updating. For example, I could not find a power outlet or USB connectors near the nightstands. The lights had a cold temperature. Warmer lights would be nicer. Some paint was chipping off of the walls. On the plus side, the room was spacious. The shower was functional and had good water pressure. Free water was provided. The mini refrigerator worked well. The free wifi was handy. The heating and cooling worked well.

The room smelled strong of like incense from an Indian store that was unpleasant everytime they came in. And the door is extremely close to the toilet that was uncomfortable

It started with one of the supervisor's named Priscilla Presley doing all she could to make sure I had what I needed. She was and is a very knowledgeable supervisor very considerate and kind. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed for my 3 day stay it was a very clean room it had a fridge and microwave. The room came with bars of soap and body wash as well as shampoo and conditioner . The T.V. Worked well and was easy to use. As well as the air conditioner and heater. I had a nice time and I’m planning on going back for another stay. Parking was very easy plenty of it.
