The hotel room provided had a horrible moldy smell both in the room and in the bathroom. The toilet was not flushing properly and there was no liquid soap.
The room telephone did not work which was worrisome in case of emergency. The minifridge was missing and the glass pane from the tv console was also missing. When I addressed this with the front desk, the staff member said it was 'okay, don't worry about it.'
As for the property, we were told there were no ice machines by the front desk but discovered one on the second floor.
Upon seeing other rooms, I noticed that they were much cleaner and had laminate/vinyl-looking flooring while my room had rather old carpet. I can only surmise that they reserved the old rooms for Expedia customers.
The front desk staff were not at all friendly, except for the cleaning crew. They also seemed unconcerned with helping guests and addressing issues.
The one positive would be breakfast - the areas were clean and the food was decent. However, there was one menu item that listed it was only cheese and instead had ham and cheese. This was a problem as my boyfriend and I do not eat pork.
For a Radisson property, this was extremely disappointing for the price paid and not up to standards at all. I would give this hotel a 2 star.
