Good quality hotel in San Jose
Good quality, clean hotel. Breakfast buffet has many choices, but could improve freshness of eggs and sausages. Bigger coffee cups would be nice, too.

I expected a traditional 3 star hotel, the overall hotel appears clean. Our room was dirty. There were crumbs and hair left on surfaces. The water in the bathroom was warm at best. Staff were super friendly and the buffet was great! The hotel would have been perfectly fine if not for the cleanliness of the room. The beds were comfortable and appeared to be clean.

Don't believe pictures on the website. hotel is old, everything very old ,AC is noisy in the room , hotel is close to highway ,cannot sleep at night at all ,pool is very small.

Breakfast was good. Traffic was horrible. No ice machine. small pillows, no English TV. People were friendly but spoke little English. Menu in Spanish. Room needed work. Broken toilet seat. shower curtain hanging in places. Mold in bathroom grout. Good exchange for US dollars though. Late checkout at noon. Good for a layover from the airport.

The hotel looks good and clean and the staff are friendly and accomodating. We just didn't like the noise of the aircondition but still manage to sleep. The breakfast is good. I wish they have sausage or other meat aside from egg and more cereal selection and oatmeal. The pool is nice also it would be better if they have jacuzzi too.
