Property was ‘Ok’. We had to ask for a new room on arrival due to stained sheets and a broken bathroom door. I also noticed an open screw on the window which is dangerous to those who bring children. We we asked for a new room it was a little better, but again had an open screw in the window. Definitely a liability.

I mistakenly left a bag in my room and the front desk and housekeeping was exceptionally helpful in packing it securely and having it sent next day delivery to my next destination. The first shift texted me to tell me that it hadn’t been picked up yet and when it was the next shift let me know right when it was on its way. Thank you Mary!

Staff were really accommodating and pleasant..also we went to the block party concert and many of the performers were staying there and we were able to hang out with them in the lobby. Fun experience..we were a little loud but the staff were not party poopers. Great time I will always book there for a concert at the Sap

Free full breakfast was a huge plus. Convenient to convention center & walkable to most bars & restaurants downtown. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Bar should open earlier & close later, at least on event weekends.

The smell of chemicals was overwhelming. The curtain in our room had a big rip. The toilet seat was chipped. Staff was very nice, breakfast was served on disposable plates and cutlery. So much for saving the environment. Overall it was okay but not worth to pay over $250 per night.
