Only thing I enjoyed was the breakfast options. Dislike that you need to check in before you can park in the parking garage. Plus $40 extra a night for parking Elevator from parking garage did not work. Not ok, especially with someone who has a disability. Toilets are very low, no fan in restroom. The noises from traffic was bad! The beds are small and extremely uncomfortable.

Hyatt Hotel Is In a Great Location Around Restaurants, took the family to Christmas In The Park was not far from Hyatt Hotel, Yes! I would stay there again, Great Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, Beautiful View of The City, You have to pay for parking but you got Safe Parking, The family Enjoyed the stay! Oh and Complimentary continental breakfast was a delicious

$40 a night Garage Parking and the inconvenience of having to stop, check in get the room key in order to open a Garage Door that did not work, stand in a car line to get in and then have an elevator that did not work with luggage and come up stairs!!! Hyatt, do better! Full size beds... uhum no. Upgrade to king or queen if you can. Small almost twins size mattresses. The TV is ridiculous. Trying to get the WIFi was another mission. If you can go to Westin/ or Hylton. Only plus here was the Breakfast and staff in the kitchen was very nice.

Found our SJ hotel!
Great hotel in the heart of town. Walking distance to SAP, market street, and city attractions. Spacious rooms with nice views of San Jose. We made a return stay to round out our trip, and plan to return next year!

This property is in the perfect location to walk to SAP center. The staff here was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well.
