The location was perfect. The room was spotless and comfy. My only 2 complaints are how uncomfortable the pull out bed is, we ended up not being able to use it and there wasnt an updated tv with streaming and movie rental options. The price for the suite was so cheap compared to what youre getting.

We had the worst hotel experience. From the first point of contact to overall service. They didn’t disclose that they were having electric turning off from 5am to 9am! Also had schedule fire inspection on a Saturday with full hotel alarms tested early in the morning. It was a disaster. We had no sleep. Bedding was bad and room needs repairs. So disappointing when we should have hope with the old Fairmont/Hilton. Many other issues in our 24 hour stay. Mgmt blew our cells up with text about future stays and feedback nut nobody tried to actually discuss the issues. Never again.

Very convenient location, walking distance to San Pedro Square, downtown San Jose theaters and restaurants. They offer valet parking, which is pricey, but you can park on the street- for free (at the right time) or at the nearby parking lots, including Park SJ by San Pedro Square for a lot less. Staff is friendly and place is beautiful and updated.

Excellent stay! I highly recommend. The staff was fantastic. Rooms were spacious, updated, and clean. Do not trust the negative reviews. I would fully recommend staying here. It’s going to be my go to for the next sharks game I attend!

This is an older hotel, the room was clean. The staff were nice but gave us inconsistent information about checkout, which was a real problem. Also, they charge $47 for parking, they call it valet but do not have a lot. So be aware of this.

The hotel was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and glad that it was walking distance from downtown. However the ac was broken and we needed to call the front desk but the phone in our room was not working. So i had to go back downstairs to tell the front desk. Minor inconvenience but would’ve been great if it was just a simple phone call. Also, the entrance to the hotel was hard to find. Wish there was a sign from the street view to tell us where the entrance was. Overall it was a great hotel. Would stay here again.
