Our flight was delayed from Denver. We got in late and couldn't make the rental car, the next option was Hotel shuttle. Well, they didnt have that after 11pm. We had issues trying to get an Uber. By the time we got to the hotel, their computers were down and it took extra time waiting for that. I have stayed at hotels where breakfast is part of the stay. Their breakfast/dinning facilities is no different and to pay $23 for it was crazy. The bathroom we had didnt have a ceiling fan. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors and the hallway. I thought this place was more then what a basic Holiday is in Minnesota. Employees are nice and that was all the positive this place had. Stars go to the Employees.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience. After the first day, we never received any fresh towels, despite multiple requests. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. On top of that, the surrounding area did not feel safe, making it difficult to relax. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and secure place to stay.

I did not like the noise at the first floor, the hotel hold an event that I didn’t know until I arrived, the noise was so loud that I couldn’t hear what the guests counter person was asking. The noise still loud until about 1am which took precious time of my rest. There sobe a note when this invents are going to be held at this hotel. Really disappointed. On top of that there were no parking spaces for hotel guests, the ivent took all the safety spaces I had to park in a red zone who made me uncomfortable I couldn’t reach restful sleep.Thanks
