Absolutely ideal place for a first or last night in San Jose. The staff was outstanding from beginning to end with an extremely helpful shuttle driver. It's connected to a huge mall for all kinds of dining options. I will return.

Excellent location and close wwlking to restaurants and shopping at mall. Free shuttle to airport. The only downside was the entrance arriving to hotel was closed so it was a bit precarious to enter.

Hilton Garden Inn was a great hotel and had a beautiful morning mountain view. Beds were comfortable, hot water was great! The only thing is the restaurant/bar is very pricey for so-so food. I would defeat somewhere else for dinner next time, although htere breakfast in the morning was

Great staff! We arrived at 11 am for an overnight a stay over for an early flight the next morning. I was expecting only to be able to drop our bags off but they went ahead and got us into a room right then and there. I was not happy with the suite I stayed in because it was near the road. I could hear the vehicle traffic during the daytime and at night. I got awakened several times due to loud motorcycles, trucks and either ambulance or police sirens. I put up with it because I was only staying one night.

Great place to stay close to the airport. Hotel is modern and clean. Took advantage of the included breakfast before hitting the road for the first leg of our trip. Had some coffee, fruit and a few pastries.
