Close to freeway, very noisy if your room is located on a lower floor on that side of the hotel.Front desk staff also explained there is no direct phone number to the hotel from outside, you must go through Hilton’s 1800 # to contact the front desk from the airport to confirm the airport shuttle, good luck with that

An ideal location for accessing the airport
This hotel is exceptional, starting with its prime location right next to a massive indoor shopping center. The airport shuttle is incredibly convenient, taking just one minute, and they even went above and beyond by arranging an earlier shuttle to accommodate our flight schedule. We were truly impressed with their flexibility and commitment to service. And after a long day of travel, we loved unwinding in the hotel pool.

Conveniently located near SJO, only 3 minutes away. We had an early flight out and wanted to be close by the night before. Parking and check in were easy. Rooms were average. City Mall next door which was nice. Only left us 2 towels for a room booked for 4 people. Called for more and they said there were towels at the pool. We were going to the pool anyways so whatever. No towels at the pool. Went down to front desk to ask for towels. They said we’ll send some. Waited 30 minutes. No towels. Called again. They said we’ll send some. Waited another 20 minutes. No towels. Others at the pool wanted towels as well. Called again, still no towels. Been over an hour now. I went back down to the desk to ask for towels. Front desk says I don’t have any towels here at the desk. I say, it’s been over an hour, just tell me where the towels are and I will go get them myself! Finally someone met me at the pool with 2 towels even though I needed 4. Sorry for the long story about towels but the service was not what I’ve had at literally any hotel/motel or wherever else I’ve ever stayed in my life. Front desk didn’t seem to care at all.
