Staff was rude, did not explain the surcharges for parking or the incidentals and just charged me the amount that is over $200 more than my booking price, when I asked about it she was visibly annoyed at me and was sighing and saying its incidentals (no mention of parking fee, it was a surprise I learned when I checked out). Charged 7 dollars per water bottle unless you're a Hilton member. But worst was the weddings that happened throughout the weekend we stayed there, music was blasting so hard on the first floor banquet hall such that the door in our second floor room was shaking to the bass beat. We saw another guest complaining about it to the front desk and the response was "the event will end at 11pm, they booked it so nothing we can do about it." Maybe then book it such that it doesn't happen until 11pm in the same building as the guest building? And oh, never once did anyone come to clean our room, and we asked for more bath towels at the front desk and it never arrived, wasn't surprising given their service overall. Never staying again.
