The only issue I had was the first room they gave me the door handle was falling off I mentioned it to the front employee and gave me the option of moving and we did other then that the hotel was great.

Welcoming staff
The staff was very welcoming -- especially the morning crew providing access to the breakfast room and to coffee. It's the staff that makes all the difference - and who ever hires for this location should get a gold star. Close to airport -- very convenient for travelers.

This hotel was good, not great. The breakfast was a great perk and the food was okay. The beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable and the sheets were badly made on the bed. The sink’s faucet was off to the side and it was impossible to wash our hands at a comfortable angle. We had to leave a towel down because 90% of the water ended up on the counter. The bathroom could have used extra cleaning and the cabinet where the refrigerator was was gross. These were minor compared to other hotels and wouldn’t prevent me from staying here, again.

It was a super busy weekend, when we stayed. There was only one guy working the breakfast that was provided. Poor guy was running around trying to keep up, he did great, but could have definitely used some help. The food provided was not very appetizing at all. Not that I expected 5 star, but definitely the least we have enjoyed.

The 2 men who worked the front desk were terrible. Rude, non-communitive and just sitting there. We asked for blankets for the fold out couch. After 1 hour of waiting I went down and ask for them in person. He said he was too busy but he was sitting there looking on his phone..We had bed bugs and needed a different room. They didnt apologize or anything. Just gave us a new and SMALLER room with 2 beds and no fold out couchWhe we called for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport it took over 45 minutes to get there. It is a 5 minute ride!

Overall good but could use updated bed box.
Stay was okay. My wife and I stayed here because of a show we come into town for. The room was good but we could hear a lot of noise coming from the hallway. The bed was squeaky and made it hard to sleep when either of us would move.
