This is the fourth time staying at the Fairfield and it never disappoints. Customer service is top rated - Joshua went out of his way to accommodate my early arrival. The building is new, shuttle is always on time (every 30mins) and the breakfast provides a lot of options. I use to stay at the Hampton Inn - its now getting dated/expensive and breakfast is not as good as before. I am glad I found a new place to stay which is also within walking to shopping.

I liked the location, friendliness of staff and presence of walkable dining options. Also good treadmills in gym, usefuĺ after sitting so long during travels. Free shuttle to and from airport is a great perk.

Sheets and pillows smelled like cigarettes!

My room smelled like cigarette smoke - which I am mildly allergic to. At first I thought it was second hand smoke - but during the night my throat throughly closed up due to the smell - which was both in the air and in the sheets/pillows. I did not sleep much but it seemed not worth the effort to move since we arrived after 11:30pm. Next time I would complain as my throat is still sore and tastes like cigarettes. Could have been from the laundry who washed them or housekeeper as I thought was a non-smoking hotel. Otherwise, everything else was fine - but cigarette smoke ruined the visit for me.

Great stay!

The front desk employees were so helpful. Helped with a lost book at the airport, how to use a Budget Enterprise map, and best of all so warm and happy. Delightful employees at the morning breakfast. The bus service to the airport was also a great help.
