First of all my room heat wasn't working, i called the front desk, they sent a service man out,he was able to get going. One other problem was the smell ,it was like someone had pee on the floor. Im very disappointed!

This hotel was old, dirty, and off-putting. I did not want my body or possessions to touch the floors. The carpets in the hallway were very dirty. The carpet in the room was dirty. It seemed as if the towels were leftover from a previous stay and not refreshed. I did not feel comfortable in this place at all. The only reason I stayed is because San Jose was highly booked while I was in town.

Needs renovation-old carpets with stains-I saw 2 forks in the hallways all 3 days I have been in Bathrooms are really old, need remodeling, stain in the wall, very loud AC The hotel does not offer complementary water, not even upon checking. They give you free cookie but a small water is 4$! Continental breakfast is overrated with very few options It is safe with parking (30$/night). Location is great however
