Staff went above and beyond to help me with directions and exchange currency. Bellman was extremely helpful in securing transportation and interpreting with taxi drivers. Restaurant staff was very attentive. Daily breakfast buffet always offered a variety of hot dishes and fresh fruit. Omelets to order. No complaints here.

The shower-head was broken and it took a very long time to get hot water. No mini-fridge, no microwave. Very basic services for the price. The staff are amazing and professional.
