The outside area around the pool was beautiful. They could use some more poolside lounge chairs. Mambi Restaurant’s buffet breakfast was great as well as free for guests. My only complaint was the lack of any room decorum. There isn’t an elevator so I requested a room on the ground floor near the pool. The walls were painted different shades of white and there were no pictures on the walls, making it very blah. It really needs to be updated and made colorful. Housekeeping staff were congenial as were the front desk staff. Taxis are readily available but traffic flowing past the hotel are in gridlock between the hours of 2 and 6. Give yourself plenty of time to reach your destination or you will surely be late! Finally, I felt very safe at this hotel.

Nice place overall but our room seemed to be a handicap room and the shower had no divider from the rest of the bathroom and water ran under the shower curtain into the rest of the bathroom which was rather unsafe.

We were hoping that when we were able to find a place that 6 could be accommodated in one room that it would be a nice fit. It really was difficult climbing the three floor and having an attic room for sleeping. In addition there was spiders and lizards that were in the room. From a broken window that was gapping in the second bedroom it left an easy place for the insects and lizards to come in. We will never stay at this location again on future trips. The ratings that were provided online seem to have been reporting a different experience then what we had while staying at the hotel.

Nice tranquil place
This is a nice, older hotel,two story, and laid out around the pool/gabezo area will trees. It's very tranquil. The restaurant is nice, but a limited menu. The food was prepared well. The take aways are that it's older, and in need of upkeep. Both restrooms 🚻 near the pool were closed for renovation. I am here before the season begins.

Bad trip
I have stayed here many times, all good. This one, not so much. I asked the a room on the first floor, and the room they provided was the smallest room I have ever seen. The shower was tiny, but had a nice leak which made the floor wet. The shades didn’t work, so there was a very bright light all night. The tv didn’t work, but when repaired, discovered that it wasn’t a smart tv, so basically worthless. The ac worked, but you had to figure it out as it wasn’t logical.

Perfect fare for a great place to stay
Last minute booking for a great stay. Place is in a great location and close to everything. Rooms from first building might be noisy as one high transit road is just in front of the property.
