Beautifully modern exterior with uptown updated fixture with a mix of Mexican charm. This multiple level mid rise will take you away with 360 views from the rooftop pool. It is a great location close to shopping and restaurants galore. We were able to experience the fair while we were there. Just a short walk with live music from Gloria! What a great experience!

We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony. Our room was clean and so comfortable. The housekeeping staff are top notch! The front desk staff are so freindly and helpful. Your only steps away from the square where theres always something going on! The shoppings great too!

This beautiful hotel was more than I imagined it would be! Located in a beautiful and safe environment. Friendly staff and neighbors! I felt absolutely comfortable here and I would rather stay at Flamboyan than a fancy resort. I can’t express how much my family and I enjoyed our stay. Cant wait to go back in December

What a beautiful place to stay near the Art District with all galleries, shops and amazing restaurants just an easy stroll from the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, cheerful and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and terrace with comfy loungers and the views of the city and mountains.

Great location, awesome hotel, lousy sleep

Although we had one of the worst sleeps of our life due to the excessive noise, despite using an eye mask and ear plugs, this hotel has it’s charm. The rooftop pool and chairs are lovely. The restaurant in the basement is wonderful. The kitchen in our room was well stocked. Lots of space, drawers to store your stuff. Bathroom was great. Ability to open windows would be awesome, if the noise wasn’t so loud (70db). It was only 50db when we closed the windows, but the intermittent screech from the street, alarms, sirens, the bar below with loud music until 1am all added to almost no sleep. We enjoyed our daytime!

Fantastic location & rooms with an amazing rooftop

Amazing location right at the square. Everything is walkable. Beautiful rooms and amazing kitchenettes. Huge shower with rainhead and handheld and even double sinks. Tons of drawers and hanging space to unpack your suitcases. Small safe in the closet, table with 2 chairs. Absolutely perfect for a night, a week or even a month. The rooftop pool is fantastic with 360 degree views and tasteful music playing throughout the day. Would definitely return and recommend.

This hotel is pretty new from what I’ve heard. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The location is just off the old town square, so great for being in the heart of things. Beautiful views from the rooftop deck and pool. The only downside about the location is that it’s on a busy main road and a lot of the rooms face the road. Traffic noise didn’t bother me for sleeping (just white noise to me) but if it bothers you, that’s something to keep in mind. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only miss is that apparently hotel guests can get discounts at certain nearby restaurants and businesses but I didn’t learn about that until the night before I left. Overall, I think this was a great choice to be near the Art District and restaurants. As a woman travelling solo I had no concerns about walking around the area day or evening.

We enjoyed the location in the San Jose Cabo Arts District. Great restaurants and shopping were walkable. The rooftop pool was a nice plus! Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful new hotel. We would stay there again. Pool area on the roof very nice and a great view. I told the front desk that the stovetop (estufa) in our room wouldn’t work and a couple of days later I told the girl who cleaned the room that it still didn’t work. She got on her phone right away and told someone but again nothing was fixed. We stayed there for 8 nights and it would have been nice to cook something for a change.

Great location for those not interested in beachfront locations. Very walkable. San Jose del Cabo is very touristy. Very difficult to learn about local culture and day to day life. Staff were not engaged and had little concern for customer satisfaction. Made minimal effort to fix errors. Felt very “nickeled and dimed” during the stay.

This hotel is very nice. We enjoyed our room. The housekeepers were excellent. The location is right near the action, ie., the town square..it is active every night, has great food stands, and there is an art walk every Thursday night that is a must. The front desk folks were always helpful, from suggestions of what to see and do to helping me install a sim card...AND free electric bikes for guests to use...simply awesome.
