Photos are deceiving. Room nothing like those pictures neither the reception. Noisy being so close to the airport, however we stayed in some other hotels at other time in the same vicinity and they were not noisy like this one.

The staff are horrible. Not helpful. Specially the women assigned at the front desk who spoke their language while dealing in-front of customers. Unprofessional. No available towels in the room.

This was the cheapest reasonable hotel for the duration of our stay, and it is within a 5 minute drive from SFO Rental Car lot. Parking was plentiful. The property is under the takeoff path for sfo so there is some noise outside, but with reasonably thick walls and earplugs combined, the noise was okay. There was an odor of cigarettes in the room for the first two days but over time it went away. Unlike the photos on Expedia, the room we were assigned to had aging carpets, so future visitors could request the remodeled rooms if they are available. There is a convenience store nearby in addition to the ihop onsite. Overall they provided reasonable accommodation for the price we paid.

Everything was going great was very comfy and all But the second to last day of my stay I found out that the bed sheets and comforter had blood stains and then i brought it up to the office they moved me in the same thing on the other room. I had to remove one of the bedsheets because it also had a blood stain.

Total dump

There was literally a homeless person in the lobby. Total dump. Dudes with a pit bull. Avoid at all costs and ignore the photos. Never book here
