The 700 building HAS NOT been refurbished. There was ripped curtains, no screen on the broken window, stained carpets, broken plugs, unsafe wiring.

If you need to put your head down for several hours then this hotel will suffice. Anything else, it is a run down, musty, old motel that does not suffice for any other reason to stay at it

My stay was easy, and as tidy as can be. The room was incredibly dated and in need of repair. The shower door only had one door instead of two, so water sprays on the ground. Paint peeling, what looks like rust cracking around the shower, the door looked like it had been kicked in a couple times. The heat/AC was so full of dust/rust. The pictures were really misleading in comparison to what was actually presented. Overall, bed was comfy, check in was smooth, staff were nice, shuttle to the airport was easy and great
