System down at check-in which it can happen but we waited 15 min then someone took us to first room and it was vacant but not clean, then we were moved at a different room, not the bed size we booked, so we were moved to a third room. No sorry for the inconvenience , or apologize , almost like we were annoying them . Then at 6 am we were woken up by loud noises outside which seemed like Westin workers being on strike.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, but the last time there was a strike happening, which meant drums and horns from the wee hours of the morning until late at night, which wasn’t great for sleep. The staff who weren’t on strike, did their best to make wonderful and as always, the hotel is beautiful and well located.

Hotel was good. Staff protesting outside was loud but mostly drowned out once in room. We didn’t have enough towels in room and soap had run out when we checked in. It took a couple of requests to get towels and soap but otherwise staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
