We loved this place. The staff was so wonderful and kind! Checked the room as we got there to make sure it was ready for us. It was very clean and newly renovated. Very cute and stylish decor. We have stayed in other hotels on the street that have been much older and this place was very refreshing for SF. Walkable to Chestnut and Union St and the dinning and shopping options there. The bus picks up on the corner outside if you need transportation. The parking felt safe and a lot of spots open throughout the day for easy city parking. We love the Marina district and lived here for years, it is a beautiful part of the city. A must see neighborhood in San Francisco.

This place has only been open one week. Now it will be my go to. Clean and friendly and walking distance to marina and north beach and wharf. We loved it. Clean and quiet and comfy.

This is a newly renovated motel. It was done very beautifully and in the retro style. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We booked through Expedia. We weren't expecting a $200 deposit upon arrival so keep that in mind. If you're a light sleeper ask for a top level or a lower level away from the parking spaces. It can be loud with people coming and going at all hours. The price was the most reasonable compared to others that didn't have king beds and weren't as nice. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing location. They are brand new and, as such, were missing a few amenities such as ice and microwaves. As they are still under construction, it is understandable. They tried to be as helpful as possible and were able to give me ice the first night. We cannot wait to return to San Fran again so we can stay with them. Nice people and a great value!

We liked that the room was large, the beds were comfortable, the check in was easy. They even had a room ready early! It was obviously newly remodeled and looked great, modern fixtures and look. The Lower Lombard location was so convenient and an easy walk for eats. Not far from the Marina and beach. Didn't like that there was only one small window for such a large room but it did help it stay very quiet. No facial tissue and one of the beds creaked a little. Very nice desk clerk checking us in. All around a great little 2 star motel with a mod fresh look.

Couldn't get the room warm enough

The room was fine, although small and tight. But adequate. The only thing I didn't like about it was that I couldn't get the room warm enough to be comfortable without clothes on. I had it cranked up high, but it would not put out hot air.
