Location was excellent. Service was great. Superior King was a nice size and the sofa was a welcome treat. A/C system is strange as a wall control makes it work but system is on floor. System doesn't allow for levers to be directed so the air blew right over us which was uncomfortable. Floor of room above us creaked with anyone walking on it, let alone the kids that ran around well into the night. Bathroom was extremely tight with toilet and tub/shower smack against each other. Includes breakfast was very good with some unusual treats liked slices salmon and mushrooms. I'm sure the location caused the higher price. Walking distance to Pier 39.

Our room was upgraded to a room with a patio. The lock was broken. Called the front desk and maintenance showed up and five minutes and fixed the problem within minutes. Excellent service. Breakfast was excellent!!!!! Get there early. I would definitely recommend. Close to restaurants and shops-walking distance

The hotel is nice and in an easily-walkable area of San Francisco. The person who checked us in was very informative for highlighting where we, as newcomers to SF, should visit. Our room was clean and comfy for the few days we were there. We stayed in a king with city view. We truly appreciated the breakfast buffet we took advantage of each morning before we set out for the day. The outdoor fire pit sitting areas were a nice touch too. Didn’t try the pool or fitness facility. Overall, we’d stay there again.

Pictures a little bit outdated, room also outdated, clean lobby and friendly staff. Has a incident in room where smoke was coming from out bathroom light, pretty scary but they moved us room right away. Overall 7/10. great location however and nice breakfast and bar
