The area was very convenient to the wharf and piers. Plenty of restaurants and shopping avail. Close to the cable car stop and metro as well. We had to change rooms because the door wouldn't close all the way and we noticed this on a couple of doors. Breakfast was wonderful!

All good, staff were very nice and helpful, room was clean so was the bathroom, close to good restaurant and cruises, souvenir shops, short rides to Union Square, lombard st. You can choose Cable card, street car, bus , we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, staff really friendly and helpful. It’s right on fisherman’s wharf, hop on hop off bus starts right across the road, can walk to the start of the cable car. Highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel in excellent location
Stayed for 2 nights and this hotel is in an excellent location with the added bonus of free breakfast. Parking was expensive at $60 a night but we felt safer parking there.

Nice stay, but needs some soundproofing
The location is great and is walkable to the piers. The checkin was easy and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was tidy and was spacious. The only downside was the soundproofing. We could hear the room above us walking around, could hear everyone in the hallways and could hear traffic right through the night. So sleep was hard to come by at times.

Loved that it was walking distance to may things, including Pier 39. Property was large and spacious. The pool was great for our son and the breakfast buffet had many options. The one thing I would point out is the parking is very expensive per night.
