The room smelled bed and the hotel was in a rough area. It was advertised as being a 10 minute bus ride from Venice, but it was closer to an hour on the train. Location and cleanliness were not as stated online.

It was located in a very unsafe location. The room and bathroom were super small almost not to standard. I don’t understand why I was charged for resort fee the place is so small nothing like a resort and I booked the place since it was cheaper than other options but it is actually is not since they charge an additional resort fee at the place. The staff were very nice and friendly though.

Everything was average. Best parts of the hotel were the bed and the views. Unfortunately the hotel is situated in an extremely dirty and unsafe neighborhood. Many better options in SF. Wish I could be nicer.

Great place to stay for the night. SF has some overall safety issues so not a hotel specific problem. And once inside, its like being transported in time.

Staff was incredible! We’re from New York, so the neighborhood is just fine. I’m not entirely sure what people are afraid of. There’s a huge Marriott kitty corner… it’s actually a great location! Staff were awesome, and the place is gorgeous. Beds are a little stiff, but all in all really nice!
